I had a bad experience here where one of the staffers, Marquita, screamed at me because I didn't take a battery sticker off outside of the store. She ignored me, specifically me, for 45 minutes. As crazy as it sounds, she threaded my life if I said anything to management.
I'm giving an extra star because I've previously never had an issue with staff.

5 stars all the way! Paul, the manager helped us and delivered on short notice. He was incredibly pleasant to work with even though he was by himself in a busy store. Our print job was ready as we entered the store without having to wait. This location definitely represents the brand well. Thank you!

Staff is useless and rude. Won’t put weight on packages, been claiming for months their system won’t do it anymore, but one long hair man does it no problem. The store manager Josh and the woman lie about it every time. They’re both useless. UPS is better anyway.

Truly the worst. They delayed my delivery two times for no absolute damn reason. Claimed that “I wasn’t home” during the time of the delivery when I absolutely was and my delivery didn’t even require a signature. Unprofessional and just downright stupid.

International shipment got stuck in customs because the commercial invoice was not filled in correctly. They didn’t input phone numbers, email addresses, inputted incorrect purpose, and insufficient description of the contents. Very urgent document is now stuck and need extra steps to get it through to destination.

Chauncey was great! I was in and out and he even wrapped up the plate I brought in very well for me before we shipped it off. Very nice folks and very easy trip!

Absolutely horrible, 1 employee working who was very unpleasant and rude. Took me over 30 minutes just to pick up a package that had been dropped off at this location.

There is a little black girl that works there , I think she goes by the name of Chara, her attitude is unbelievable. Every time I go in, and I use this store often, she seems to be always working, and I tell you this…. She is the nicest , most polite, respectful , and professional person I have had take care of me in any business where I am a customer. She always smiles, is thorough with her job, and always looks me in the eyes when being spoken to (which I can’t any people seek to do anymore). Idk who needs to hear this , owner, boss, or manager, but I just wanted to let you know this young lady is a great employee from this customers prospective.
I put a one star so someone would notice this review , because we all know that no one reads the 5 star reviews.

My company was printing a bid with a tight turnaround and high worth. We required several reprints, certain page reprints, signing of docs, multiple USBs, lots of packaging, etc. Liz understood every single one of our needs and ensured she supported us while we set up shop and got to work in FedEx. She also greeted and helped every other customer that walked in with the same kindness. Liz had the kindest and most welcoming personality and took customer service to the next level - I wish we could always do production in Tallahassee so we could have Liz on our side! We went from FedEx right to the client and hand delivered our bid with time to spare
