Nicer people work here than at the Monroe store. There's a strange difference in customer service. Maybe it's the area giving an effect of comfort.

I had an urgent need for a simple print job that only consisted of 8 pages of cardstock. The person on the phone was totally unwilling to help in any way. Absolutely zero customer service. No desire to help out. Frustrated, I called a nearby location on Monroe. Without hesitation Paul, the manager gladly offered to help. He was by himself in the store too! In closing, don’t use this location. Go to the Monroe store if you want customer service

It’s stunning how far FedEx has fallen. My visit was just to ship a FedEx envelope. Mission NOT accomplished. This location is now an utter disaster, along with doing anything online with FedEx thinking it will save time. This location was once somewhat better. I’m now heading to that bastion of complete dysfunction and utter incompetence, the Centerville Road Post Office to see if we can have any better luck there mailing one small item.

Mohammed and Fletcher made our day! They assisted us in printing invitations that came out beautiful. And did it all while we waited!! Excellent customer service ! I would recommend this FedEx store for any printing needs . Wow are we impressed!!!

This place is handy and close but I try to avoid it. The service is totally hit or miss. Usually a miss. Today was the worst though. Four people working. Two of them diligently cleaning and stocking while there was a line to the door. But the person cleaning could stop and tell the poor guy actually doing something useful how he might be screwing up. Except he wasn't. Go to the UPS store.

Best customer service ever!! Micheal was an angel and printed out 18 pages of a project I needed on the same day. He was patient and kind and a light on a very stressful day for me. Thank you so much!

Worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. Asked about printing 4 pages on card stock from a PDF on my phone was directed to the self serve machine. Went through all the steps and right before printing I walked over to ask the guy at the counter how to change it to print on card stock and he said it couldn’t be done on that machine. I stood there expecting an offer of assistance but there was none. Another employee had her back to the front counter while people were waiting in line.
Drove to UPS store and they were happy to have my business. They asked if I was a AAA member and they gave me 15% off for that and were very helpful. Be wary.

Jordi and Kyle were my Guardian Angels!!!!!!! I burst through the front doors SIX MINUTES to closing ... I know, I know, prior planning and all that. But traffic!!! Anyway, I was desperate to get some materials printed for the following day's professional conference (again, with that pesky prior planning issue--I'm working on it! Promise!!). They were the picture of serene confidence and measured grace. Even in my (admittedly self-inflicted) chaos, they provided calm and patience, allowing me to be solution-focused rather than problem-oriented.

Although the guy behind the counter was helpful, don't bother using their photocopiers to scan official documents. I needed a scan of an 8 1/2 x 14 watermarked official document for a very legitimate reason, and first he said I could only scan in black & white (not acceptable for what I needed). Then I told him what it was and scanned it in color but it did some weird striping so half the content was illegible in the scan. Whisky Tango Foxtrot. So when I call to check before I drive down there, don't tell me you can scan my doc.
