The facility was good customer service; employees assist and verify identity find packages and hand it over. When a package was held due to an address issue or a misspelling, employees were calm and ensure the customer was taken care of. The customer service rep at the facility was nice and helpful, and employees were calm through an angry customer interaction about a truck. Great work and thanks for the service to humanity.
