FedEx Ground staff was friendly and helpful. The location is easy to locate and convenient for shipment dropoff. Customer greet quickly when needing to drop off packages. The facility was good customer service; employees assist and verify identity find packages and hand it over. When a package was held due to an address issue or a misspelling, employees were calm and ensure the customer was taken care of. The customer service rep at the facility was nice and helpful, and employees were calm through an angry customer interaction about a truck. Great work and thanks for the service to humanity.

Their delivery driver won't deliver. 👎
I have to go to this hub every time I order something online to get my shipments.
They use contractor delivery drivers who apparently just don't... Care 😑

Mr. Brian Hines is such a great guy and his has a smile on his face while delivering. Always polite and a good personality.. Best Delivery Guy on FedEx.
