I took my car in without an appointment and they were able to fit me in and do it in a timely manner as I had to wait for it. I asked for a once over as I had to get to Gainesville the next day and there have been rattles. I was able to drive safely and was given a list of what needs to be done at another time.
Staff were kind and courteous and I do plan to go back to have the work done.

DO NOT take you car here unless you do not like your money. Quoted AC repair was fixed at another shop for HALF the price. This was even after having to pay Firestone for the Freon exchange at over $500. Be warned!

The store manager, Mrs.Tanisha Ellington is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Her professionalism, friendliness, and positivity are OUTSTANDING! I will follow her to any store she's working at. I observed Mrs. Tanisha swamped with people that had negative attitudes and she remained professional and friendly. Mrs. Tanisha was multitasking like a pro! I can't say enough about Mrs.Tanisha! I don't know Mrs. Tanisha personally. All I know about Mrs. Tanisha is that she works at Firestone and she is THE BEST!!!!

I had a scheduled appointment for 3PM. I got there 2:40PM. 20 minutes early. They didn’t put my car into their shop until 3:45. They only started with my car, at 4:30. Prior to this, I even called to be sure I would get out of there on time because I had an appointment at 5. They said appointments were priority and I would be out by 4. This was all for something as simple as an inspection. I can only imagine what other people go through.

Terrible customer service and disorganization. I brought my car in because my AC was only blowing on one side. They did a pressure test on my coolant and called me and told me the pressure was fine. They then told me they were going to do another test that is slightly more expensive. I gave them the okay. After this conversation, I never heard from them for the rest of the day. I called for an update and they told me that because I never authorized them to work further, they hadn’t continued service yet.. but my car will be next. By the end of the day, my car still wasn’t ready and would have to stay over night. The following morning, they called and said my car was ready. Come to find out, they didn’t work on anything and kept my car overnight for absolutely no reason. I asked if they could at least fix my headlight even though that wasn’t the issue I brought my car in for. They repeated that I never authorized them to continue service after the initial inspection. Again.. they never called and asked me to authorize it, otherwise I would have told them to go ahead.
On top of that, I overheard an interaction with another customer and heard that they lost his key! He had his car there all day and no service was done because the key slipped through the slot and onto the ground, or something along those lines. Do not recommend this place.

Turnaround time was fair but had to wait an extra 10 + min just to get my key so I could leave.

I purchased a new tire and the install was done very poorly. It was installed almost 180° rotated from the proper orientation on the rim and balanced incorrectly.

This location sucks rn. I went there for a simple wheel alignment and tire rotation and the tech was incompetent enough to ruin my existing alignment.
Went back and he tried and set the wheel straight but still its a bit off so have to constantly correct my steering.
These are new tires i got so long term there could be irregular wear too.
It was good last year but this year just avoid this location maybe

I went in for what I thought was a simple leaking tire. I dropped my car off, and about an hour later, I got a call saying the tire wasn’t salvageable. This led me to buy two new tires from them, even though my vehicle is a lease, and I hadn’t planned on buying new tires before returning it. I got the tires and drove away a satisfied customer.
The following week, however, the same tire alert came on, indicating a leak. I started to worry about a possible cracked rim, but when I checked the tire pressure with a gauge, it showed a normal reading—unlike the car’s sensor. This led me to realize the sensor might be faulty. So now, I’ve spent over $500 on new tires when it could’ve been a much cheaper fix, and my issue still isn’t resolved!
I called to speak with the manager, Tanesha, and explained the situation. I asked if she would replace the sensor at no charge since I had just purchased the tires from them. I even checked online and saw that the sensor costs about $30. She offered to look at the car for free but said she couldn’t guarantee any repairs since I’d already agreed to buy the tires.
My time is valuable, and I don’t want to go back in just to be told I need to pay again. It would waste both my time and the mechanics’. I won’t spend another dime at Firestone, and they’ve lost my business for good.
Update: Don’t waste your time sending them an email after they respond to your review! I sent them an email with my concerns about a week and a half ago and they didn’t respond! Never again!

Shout out to the guys here that were kind enough to put air in the tires on my daughter’s car before she started to travel home. It was crazy busy but they took the couple of minutes to get her on the road. Thank you!
