The only problem I had was the wait time to get the diagnostics. I was there for 3 hours before they stated what needed to be done. The crew explained everything and went above and beyond to complete the repairs including working with my warranty company. I am very happy with the work completed and look forward to working with them again!

Every time I come here, I am forgotten about. My car will either stay parked for over a couple of hours and then sit in the shop corner forgotten about for just as long. I always come here for cheap oil changes but end up waiting up to 4 hours to get just a simple oil change. I waste so much of my day sitting here when I should not have to. I never get statuses and updates neither and people who come in after me always gets serviced and checked out first as my car sits forgotten about.

They were quick, but I had to bring it back because my steering wheel was crooked. I was also trying to be charged for services I did not need, nor want.

Fast service. Fastest I’ve ever had. Got an oil change , alignment and break check all within 50 minutes. Edit * I guess it was fast bc none of my fluids were topped off. 😐

If you love waiting and have your day wasted, than this is the spot. Service is really slow and very unreliable for a tire patch (wait time was 3 hrs)

Dropped my truck off at 11:40 for a tire rotation and alignment. I was told it would take 90 minutes to 2 hours. I didn’t get my vehicle back until almost 5pm. Not only did I waste my day sitting in the lobby, but I was told to bring my truck back tomorrow so their senior technician could do the alignment. I still was charged full price for the alignment that wasn’t completed.

Made appointment by phone for eleven didn’t leave till five. My tire sensor gauges worked great before I got there and didn’t work at all when I got home. My air conditioning was supposed to be fixed but was still leaking water on the inside of my car. Had to make a appointment to return to have my air fix again. And was told five hundred dollars to replace my tire gauges.

Scam artists. We had an alignment done one week, then the next week despite minimal driving in the city only they tried to tell us the appointment was off and needed to be done. We pointed out the discrepancy and suddenly no assignment was needed. The previous time I was here I asked for a new battery, they did about four or five things I never asked for but forgot the battery. Go literally anywhere else.

I had an appointment for 10:00 and was not seen until 11:45. Seemingly, walk-ins were a priority over customers with an appointment.
Other than that, everything else was fine

Not a customer and not going to be. My daughter ran out of gas by Firestone. 103° heat advisory day.
She only thought it was logical to ask them for help. Was told they couldn't help.
I remember a time when people would help people stranded, and in fact have had my employees peel off of what they were doing or jump out of a vehicle to help people with automotive problems that were vulnerable numerous times. Including escorting geese safety across streets.
May be some rule in place preventing them from helping, but I'll spend money with people that have better values.

Place is a complete joke $1200 for a REAR brake job! That they didnt even do right the first time! Save yourself a head ache go to pep boys a mile down the road.

When I took my car there, nothing was wrong with my brakes. I got a call stating they are metal to metal, along with a $981.00 ticket if I wanted them to repair. Then I picked up my car, and my GPS was routed to a place 357 miles from here. I took a photo. Due to my work schedule, I had to leave the car twice overnight. I will never come there again. I will call the corporate office about this. I had an issue with Firestone before with the jacked-up ways they treat women. I will report to the FTC as well. NOTHING was wrong with my brakes and I have testimony from others who can attest. I don' t know what they did but trust I will get to the bottom of it. I am taking my car to Jaguar to see if and what has happened. Also my car was driven. I ALWAYS record my miles when I get my car serviced.
