My husband and I arrived at the store 40 minutes before close and all the lights were off inside so we had to shop in the dark. We were looking for stockings and didn’t see any in the Christmas section. We attempted to get the attention of a male employee with long curly hair and he was ignoring us. When he finally addressed us, he rudely told us “it’s in the front of the store with the rest of the Christmas stuff” and went back to what he was doing. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

I LOVE 5 Below as a whole, but this store is disgusting and unorganized. Way too crowded! The staff are rude.

This place is always has broken bathroom never once are they work and a worker told me customer are the only ones that can not use them it now been 6 months

My sister discovered this place first and highly recommended it. I'm glad she did. Everything is affordable and many unique items. I love the posters, the rugs, and a huge selection of candies I've never seen before. The layout of the store is pretty cool too !!

No public restroom nor one for its employees. He staff are top-notch, though. They're opening one on West Pensacola st soon and that one is projected to be much better.

I am always greeted with a smile when I enter the store. I like their selection of snack items. The inexpensive toys for my young grandchildren. Prices for most of the items are reasonable.

I love this store. It is a fun place to take the littles for a special treat or spruce up an office space. There were many different things to choose from. You could decorate a dorm room, stock up on supplies for your arts and crafts room or make sure your you have the latest for back to school. I really love the selection of Squish Mallows they have. This store is my go to place.

Store very organized, associates greeted us when entering the store. Ask if would like help finding anything in particular. Five below has the best selection on many items. Racks and shelves were stocked nice and neat. Shirt section was pretty much empty though and that's one what I came for was t shirts. Other is nightmare before Christmas selection. Great prices , good quality merchandise and I definitely be back again on my next visit to Tallahassee, FL.

If I could give a zero I would. I come in here all the time since I just moved here a few months ago and I never had a problem. Today my daughters 11 years old and my infant went in and a girl working the front named treasure was calling my kids fat and cussing to the other girl working saying she didn’t care if I heard her. And of course the manager was not there. This is unacceptable in any establishment.
