About Five Below
Based on the reviews, Five Below is a clean and organized store with a great selection of products, including Halloween decorations, women's clothes, accessories, room decor, and makeup, all at decent prices. The shelves are always stocked. Customer service is a mixed experience. Some staff are very polite, nice, attentive, and kind, providing the greatest customer service. However, other experiences involved rude customer service, with a manager who was rude, snotty, and unprofessional, complaining in front of customers. There is also inconsistency with closing times, leading to customers being rushed. Despite these issues, customers are happy to go back and would definitely recommend the store.

Today I met Kimberly and she was AMAZING!!! She was very attentive, kind, she took her time to explain things to me and to help me find everything I needed. She went above and beyond for me with no complaints! She made me feel so welcomed i will definitely be back here because of her!
