They repaired more than they promised to, but didn't charge us for it, and the price was the price. Hard to argue with this kind of service.

I came in to get a quote on a 2020 Macbook Pro M1 laptop USB-C replacement and they immediately tried to upsell me to an $800 logic board repair quote which I knew was false since only the USB-C was bad. They then offered a $50 diagnosis but I was weary to do it because I had lost trust in the quote. How would I know they wouldn't try to say random things are wrong so they can charge me more? I ended up doing it myself for $50 with one of those DIY kits and saved money. I'm sure they do a great job because they're Apple certified repairs. But their business practice of trying to upsell the repair immediately instead of offering a price range of what the repair may be from lowest to highest made me lose trust in that they would try to repair the most expensive thing first instead of the root of the problem.

Just left. They couldn’t fix, but it was an Apple issue and not a fault of FLPro. Staff was very professional, and the engineer was kind, smart, and honest!

The best thing I can say is at least they returned my computer in one piece and did not damage it. I try to be a positive person, but I know I relied on their 4.8 star review to go to FloridaPro so I need to give an honest review for the benefit of others. I have an "elderly" MacBook Pro that despite it's age continues to endure. It had started freezing up every time a program called "CalendarAgent" would pop up on its own in the Activity monitor. I could not figure out how to eliminate this problem because "Calendar" is a default program on the computer that is not removable by any conventional methods. I saw FloridaPro was Mac certified and I was encouraged when I only needed to wait a week for an appointment. (Assuming that the reason I needed to wait was because it would be live support like at the Genius bar.) Well, it finally can time for my appointment (3:20 in the afternoon) I showed up and was surprised when the front desk staff asked what the problem was so they could write a message for the technician. (I should have walked away as soon as I realized they were just going to take my computer and not actually work with me to solve the problem!) I explained that every time calendar agent pops up in the activity monitor that my computer freezes until I can force quit the program and it pops up often of its own accord. The front desk person said not to worry and that their technicians were VERY skilled at these issues. So I paid my $50 and gave them my computer. Later that night I received a cryptic email stating that "my hard drive had failed and that I needed to pay them $250 to replace it." My heart dropped! Did they break my computer? Dear god what have I done?!? I picked it up first thing in the morning and by the grace of god it was just fine as when I dropped it off. I then scoured the internet to fix the calendar agent issue myself by unsyncing it and essentially turning it off. I also ran a disk diagnostic which said my HD was running just fine. I respectfully asked for my $50 back since I am the one who fixed my computer and they had no data to provide me that my hard drive was failing. To this day that have refused to give me my $50 back and I feel like a complete idiot for having given them the $50 in the first place!

absolutely phenomenal experience! scheduled an appointment a few weeks in advance, took my iphone 11 in today to get a battery replacement. the assistant taking care of me (i'm sorry i didn't get your name!) went over all the details with me with regards to what was going to happen and ensured that i had everything necessary backed up. she gave me an ETA of two and a half hours and i got my phone back within an hour, hour & a half, give or take. fantastic customer service overall, highly recommended!!

I installed an update and had a problem with the software. They are close to my office so I took my laptop to them. Fixed the software problem within 5 min. They are fantastic and very helpful! Thank you for all the help!

Terrible! I took my MacBook Pro to Florida Pro to get my screen repaired. Luckily I was covered by Apple care and did not have to pay the full $500, but not even 30 days later I open my laptop with damage to my screen AGAIN without touching, dropping it, or anything. I called and they were not understanding my frustrations at all and were expecting me to pay AGAIN for a poor repair. Thank God I had Apple care because these people would’ve tried to get $1000 out of me within 30 days for a poor repair. Oh and by the way waited over 2 months to get my laptop fixed the first time around.

Never take an iPad to be repaired here. We took our iPad here for an AppleCare repair. They can not fix anything on an iPad and just send it to Apple which makes them an unnecessary middle man. They sent the iPad for repair and lost it and blame Apple. Apple had confirmation it was delivered to the receptionist. It's been over a month and no closer to getting what should have been a 3-6 day repair according to them. No one should ever use them since they can't take any responsibility and seem to hope you just forget that they have lost your iPad. I will make sure everyone I know will never use this business again.

I was sent here from a Verizon store, to fix my iPhone. Great experience. Very helpful and kind employee, that was able to take care of the issue, with my phone. Highly recommend!!
