Ms. Gabbie Miles has consistently been very helpful: very patient and supportive! Couple of months ago I ordered some more checks from FSUCU, but when the order got messed up, Ms. Miles helped me place a fresh order--and was very helpful in issuing several cashier's checks while I awaited arrival of the new checks. I could never go back to a bank! Been with FSU Credit Union since 2002 and they are AWESOME in EVERY way! Great personal customer service too.

You will be super disappointed with this place. My father passed away and I've been thru probate. They could not give a shit less. I've had three meetings with the managers at Capital circle NE and Thomasville rd. Not a single call back in three months. Complete Garbage!!!

Kristie M, Is such an amazing Loan Officer, I’ve been with FSU credit union since 2020 and every time I needed help Kristie has gone over and beyond to satisfy my needs. I am very thankful that she’s apart of FSU credit union she truly is for the people she’s always so sweet and caring!!

Customer service is non-existent. They have a "Messages" tab when you're logged into their website, but no one ever responds to them. I've messaged them 5 times over the course of 16 days, not a single response or call back. Avoid this place at all costs.

Ms. Kristi McKenzie helped me within 24 hours of an issue I needed help with. She explained the process and gave me time frame of when I could expect a response. Knowing what to expect and having a time frame gave me peace of mind. Great job. Never had a bad experience w the FSUCU.

I just wanted to thank Ramsey in the loan department for her excellent customer service. She was thorough and prompt, and followed up as needed. We ended up no longer needing the loan and she was kind and understanding. We contacted them because of their rates, but I am so impressed by their service. They are a great place for auto loans locally!

I worked with FSUCU on my recent auto loan and it was a great experience. Ramsey Schafer was awesome - very attentive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The rate was very competitive, but I'm most happy with how easy the transactions was. I look forward to working with Ramsey again!

Was happy with most of the staff and how the bank operates but had an extremely unprofessional and unsatisfactory experience when taking out a cashiers check.The branch manager, when getting authorization, proceeds to blurt out the check amount loud enough for everyone in the bank to listen to.Not only is this unacceptable, but it could very well have put my safety in jeopardy. Will be taking my money out and closing my accounts. Can't recommend this branch or bank.

This is a review for Kristi McKenzie in the loan department. We’ve had some bad experiences since coming to FSU CU but she really helped us with a recent car loan. I so appreciate her helping us get the application processed very quickly, so we could get the car we wanted in the time frame we needed. Thanks so much Kristi! We’ll definitely call you again next time!

I have to say, I like the credit union a lot. But one thing that is a big inconvenience is the fact that only one branch that opens on Saturday and you will have to drive all the way pass Kerry Forest before 12pm. Please open more branches on Saturdays.

I would love to write this review as a 5 because I have a very long history with them and 95% being positive. This review is due to receiving letters on every loan used them for stating that I have no insurance (or not enough) although I do. Then I have to go in to prove that I have the required coverage. Found out that the company that checks on the insurance coverage is also the company that places the unneeded coverage on the property you got the loan on. What’s that old saying “fox running the hen house”. This has happened on every loan I’ve had.One last issue is that the app makes you reset your password every few months so you have to go in or call to have it reset. I’m have 4 other accounts at other banks and none make you reset your password every quarter. Really inconvenient when you don’t live in town anymore.I do want to say that everyone I have ever dealt with on a local level has been incredible! You couldn’t ask for better employees or people. I would like to see some of their processes be updated to better serve the customer.
