About Geek Squad
The Geek Squad (also written as Geep Squad) is great and very kind. They are knowledgeable and have understanding to the customer. The employee passes the problem on to someone else if they can’t solve it and they can fix everything. They fixed a laptop screen quickly and were helpful when the pickup date later. They resolved an iPad that was disabled and a password problem that Apple couldnt help over the phone. They fixed a broken screen and fixed my balls. No issues were seen and they were very happy to fix it. The store is good and very good.

Their online customer service is horrible. Tired of talking to a robot instead of just getting some jelp. Their live agents seem AI too, and their app sucks. Just go to amazon

The Geep Squad was absolutely great. Like the way the employee passes the problem on to someone else if they can't solve it. They are very knowledgeable in their job and very kind and understanding to the customer.
