It is not the first time that happens to us. The lady trying to get rid of customers before the store closing time. Threatening them saying ‘if you don’t get in line you won’t pay your stuff’ 15 minutes before the closing time she says ‘I will close the register in five ‘ people is so rude in this store, they think they are the owners or that they are doing us a favor’ That never happened to me at any other goodwill in Florida or Georgia

I am so confused. Went in with my daughter to pick up some clothes for her and baby clothing. Picked out a bunch of stuff, and was watched by this weird man who worked there as if I was doing something weird.
We got up to the counter and they made us go bag the stuff first. I was confused, tried to ask questions about what I was supposed to do, exactly for separating the items, when the shift manager came over and copped an attitude. I told her I needed customer service, not to be told what to do.
Get up to the counter, she says the young man who told me to bag stuff wasn't going to help me. I was trying to turn my cart around, and asked why. She said he wasn't fixing to deal with anyone who has attitude, so I said okay well I'm going to go then.
She talked mess my whole way out the door.
Thankfully for her, my daughter was with me and I know being pregnant and hangry, I wasn't prepared to be nice, so I left
I won't be back to Goodwill of any kind. Between the way I was treated at the outlet, the raised prices in the other stores, and the ridiculous amount they pay their CEO, I'm simply done with goodwill.
If you're going to call someone a manager for any length of time, please ensure they know how to deal with human beings.

Came in here recently, never again. Talk about dirty nasty filth. The customers jump in like it`s treasure. I thought the shoes were bad at the other stores, I was wrong. This place is the pits.

You don't go here for a smooth shopping experience. You go here if you're a hardcore bargain hunter. With persistence you can score cool stuff super cheap. I've shopped GW Outlets in 7 states. This one has some of the least aggressive shoppers. Staff is more pleasant than a lot of outlets. It has very cool T-shirts sometimes. Good pants and shorts. Lots of bedding and occasional tents. Hard goods are sometimes plentiful, other times scarce. Shoes are hit or miss. But I once scored a brand new pair of $400 Swiss shoes for about $5.

I always find some goodies when I go to the outlet, I enjoy going on a scavenger hunt because you never know what goodies you're going to find.

Line formed around the building. Crowd tried to come in 6 wide. Some good stuff if you had young kids, needed garden stuff or outside lighting, baby needs, roller blades Very crowded. I left with nothing. Stuff I saw in adds was not in bins. Perhaps it is just timing but we were there hours before they opened.

You can get some GREAT deals, but you have to be in the mood to really dig for bargains. People throw things around, break some items. Wasteful.
