Prices are extremely high. It should not cost the same or more for ANY item as it does if you walk into Walmart. Clothes should be affordable and they are not. I was told they look up items to gage what they can make off the items. They should price items like your at a yard sale, not the mall.

Cashiers entertaining each other, instead of acknowledging customers waiting to be checked out. My husband had to ask them how long were thry going to be. Then there was a discussion on who would ring us up. Poor customer service.

Found some merchandise that comes from Dollar Tree found a stuffed holiday gnome the same I bought at Dollar Tree for $1.50 this store is selling it at $4.99

Sometimes I feel goodwill forgets it’s a thrift store. Selling broken merchandise/merchandise with missing pieces at the same price as the “perfect” ones doesn’t make a lot of sense. being rude when asking if anything can be taken off for it is also unnecessary.
That being said, my actual cashier today was very nice despite her rude coworker which is the only reason I still bought something.

Sold product that was wrapped pretty good. It didn't have all the pieces or the right pieces. Check the Domino's game pieces before you purchase. There is a strict no return policy. Bad business practice. For a so-called charitable organization.

Organized store, shoe prices higher than I'm used to, 8.99 shoes versus 5.99 shoes, Jeans 8.97. Does recognize a 1/2 off Color of the week if you sign up for VIP loyalty program, got A wool JCrew Blazer 6.97, half off Talbots wool blend Blazer half off for $5
