1st time going there and I was impressed. Young man came out with a cart right after I pulled in. He helped me lift out the box of books I had. He was very friendly and polite. I did not go inside, so no other info known.

Hector was very kind and professional! Had a great chat as he checked me out. I got some cool books and great CDs for a great price. They were also just so well organized and clean, much better experience than new book retail stores.
