Man. I wish someone would have atleast said hello. Was going to buy an Amp and a cable but with no one even acknowledging our presence, I guess we'll go somewhere else. There were several employees but they were all busy jammin out. Too bad. Music Master's here we come.

Eyyy I actually get my piano lessons here, my piano teacher is a really chill guy!! And the employees are super chill, basically. I just like all the employees, they have a wide selection of pianos. They also sell self-teaching books too.

Awesome place for any musician, well trained staff can answer all of your questions as well as Band issues and Professional Broadcast Standards.They also offer music lessons to all ages and skill levels.Today I picked up a Mixer, some guitar cables and some adapter plugs.Here is are photos from yesterday. :)Todd W. After hovering in the location in close proximity to employees lost in their own conversations, it took 8-10 minutes to even be acknowledged when I made it look like I needed answers.After I found something I wanted more information about, I was told new product prices on clearance items can not be adjusted, which is fair. When I found the same item used, they refused to price match the companies own website advertised used price (which was a difference of $10.)In the same moments I'd been looking for help with the used item, I'd identified the manager, who had talked about being ready to go on break with me standing behind him, and when I asked for his help, I got an immediate hand up and rudely told "I'm on break" as he power walked away.It is this mindset that causes businesses like this to close down. I don't necessarily blame the employees because most of it is corporate policy and unwillingness to contribute to employee financial health, but this behavior doesn't reflect the public image these companies want to be represented.They missed out on a cash sale. And while it doesn't matter to them, it matters in the long run because this is a failure mindset. I will not be returning to this location as long as it can be helped. I don't recommend your money going here either. There are small town shops that could put it to better use.

Incredibly helpful workers. I had an issue with a guitar purchased on Amazon, and ended up getting a different one from this guitar center. The man who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. I was asked about getting a protection plan 2 or 3 times at checkout (I said no and was not charged for it), but I still feel like it was a 5 star experience due to the kindness and obvious knowledge of the man helping me.

Awful staff and awful service. Expect to wait 15 minutes to be “helped” by a disinterested salesperson. Especially if you have the displeasure of walking in when the guy with long hair, beard and bandana is working. Will never shop here again.

I'm a working music therapist and I arrived ready to spend up to $1k on a quality portable keyboard for my business. Instead of seeing me through the close of the sale and making sure I left with what I needed, the store associate chose abandon me and show off their piano skills with another trainer who was not even buying anything. You all should remember you're here to make money!!!

If i could give them 0 stars i would. Customer service is absolutely terrible, especially from one employee who i see often. Unsure of his name but he has long hair and a beard and often wears a bandana. Never wants to help me find anything and has refused to sell me items 3 separate times for seemingly no reason at all. I have a credit card with guitar center and unfortunately I will be canceling it as I never see myself stepping foot here again after todays experience where I asked this employee to check the back for something, and he proceeded to wander around the store for 10 minutes (the store is not very large by the way) and then tell me they didnt have the item that is in stock online and then basically stared at me until I had basically no other choice but to just walk away. I walked in today ready to spend over $500 in the store and sadly they wont be seeing a single penny of that until they find a better team member that at least can pretend to seem interested in being there.

Worst online experience. Bought a guitar online for shipping several hours ago. Said it was in stock and confirmed order was good. I guess when they finally got to picking the online orders I get a call saying the guitar was sold to someone else in person and they can not ship it to me. AND they can do me a favor by cancelling my order and offer me a refund. Trash!
