“When Home Depot or Lowe's don't carry a particular nut,bolt or other fastening related hardware, I usually get a "try Fastenal - they have everything" from the clerk. Sure enough, they're generally right. I called before I got there and spoke with Crystal - and experienced top-shelf service. She was genuinely friendly and courteous on the phone - and even more so in person once I arrived. (I called because the apple AND Google maps pointed me in the wrong location. They are on apple yard, about 100 yards from Jackson Bluff). In any case - this place does have it all, and in small and gross quantities alike. I'll definitely return when the needs arise. “Visited last weekend for replacement lights bulbs. I had the old ones with me but still had a hard time finding what I needed. Jeremiah was working in the area and was super helpful and friendly and found a box of what I needed on the top shelves. He had a few other customers needing his assistance as well and did a nice job helping us in order and efficiently. “It's a plumbing supply house. You need plumbing stuff they have it. They were really nice too. they saw that I was from Maple Street Biscuit Company and they drilled me on it. What is it? When will it open? We were told to eat there. But really these folks were super nice and had my stuff waiting for me. I will return for more soon to.”
