“Store employee Windy went above and beyond to help me buy a riding lawn mower there. Helped me over the phone first with every detail on buying the mower that day, then came to the store after her shift to meet me and finalize the sale. I truly appreciate her and her help. Employees like her are few and far between in today's society.”

“Jim at the rental department is amazing!! He took great care of me with my truck rental. It’s always stressful moving, and Jim helped to ease the stress by working his hardest to accommodate my need to move up the reservation time, and reassuring me along the way. Jim definitely deserves recognition for handling his work with great care and integrity. I regret to have not gotten the name of another representative who also helped us out, as she was also lovely. Highly recommend this rental service!”

“Should have an incentive program to acknowledge outstanding customer service associates. Employees CAN MAKE OR BREAK your business. Good experience at both stores and appreciate the help of our veterans.”
