I cannot say enough good things about how helpful and attentive without being overbearing, my service was. Ted Rhodes and Marina McCue were the dream team for sales, design, and above all service. The free design help was just amazing as they were able to drop my furniture into the floor plan of my house and show me exactly how it would look! Ted was super responsive to my questions even after the sale. And last minute changes were handled swiftly and expertly! Highly recommend Havertys! Thanks Ted and Marina!

Everyone that we worked with was excellent! They made the process so easy. They were able to price match multiple items. What was really great was the design service they offer! Being able to see what our items would look like (and fit) in our space was so helpful! We will shop there again!

From the moment I visited your store I was welcomed in and felt as though I was one of your most treasured customers even though it was my first time visiting upon moving to Tallahassee. Mr. Usry is very professional, well groomed with a personal flair that allows him to connect with customers on all levels. I must mention I have worked in the field of Customer Service most of my life and evaluate every person I come in contact with and he impressed me and that’s why I keep coming back not just for the exquisite taste and selection of items but for the customer service as well.
