There was an error with my booking and the girl at the desk was very rude and refused to help leading to me being overcharged by $100. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told there was none available. The room itself had an off putting smell and overall uncleanly. If I hated someone I'd recommend them to stay at this disastrous motel. Not the usual Hilton standard I've come to expect.

First, this is not the Hilton you're staying at. The staff does the best job they can with what they got. Shout out to Ms. Danesia. The room is just outdated, Furniture is old. Could not extend my stay due to the hurricane
Rooms: The furniture in the room is old. The carpet smells like a dog did its business on it.

Do not stay here! Super 8 or Motel 6 would be a better choice. Where to begin... thermostat doesn't work(temp up and down buttons worn out). Desk and nightstands worn. Glass water rings everywhere nothing was cleaned. Major price gouging with a Florida St game...I remember Hilton used to be a nice place to stay.

Front desk woman is a great example of incompetence, that threw the race card at me for no apparent reason!!!!
Safety: Front desk lady might kill me
Noteworthy details: Front desk woman called me a raciest customer cuz she was tired and rude. I AM ONLY HERE BECAUSE MY AIR CONDITIONER IS BROKEN. Checked in at 12am to have AC and have to deal with someone that hated her job and showed it to us!!

Forget just about everything you know about The Hilton Experience when staying here! This is best for just a basic overnight stay from my several overnight experiences.
This is the 3rd time I've stayed at this location with my work over the past few years and honestly, the customer service was not very good the 1st time and has not improved at all.
This visit I had to ask for my 'welcome water'several hours after checking in, which is Not Really a big deal, Just something that automatically happens everywhere else.... Later I asked for a water for my coffee machine bc there were no waters in the room either but was told, 'you only get water once per visit.' I asked simply for a water but was still looked at like I was asking for a round trip ticket to Hawaii... Very simple solution for a paying guests request, very poor customer service and overall VERY SAD customer relations that SHOULD go with the position of welcoming service desk.
I've been Diamond the past several years at Hilton so I know how MOST Hiltons are very accommodating, THIS ISN'T MOST HILTONS, Very disappointed yet again at this Hilton location Customer Service.
It's not even that I didn't get a water when I asked, It's the OVERALL CARE that you either FEEL or DON'T FEEL when you are a guest.
Tallahassee Hilton Garden Inn, Fair room, Good location. But poor customer service from front desk.

Beds were sagged in the middle like mattresses were older. Parking is hard to come by. Someone scraped my bumper bad in the lot to the left of the hotel lobby. Plenty of signs park at your own risk, but not one security camera. Wouldnt stay again.

I am very loyal to Hilton hotels, but this one has either lost its way or has given up. I was going to stay here when I came back in September but seeing as standards don’t seem to be where they need to be, I have changed to a different Hilton hotel in the area.

Our stay was great, staff was very friendly. The room that we were in had items on the floor like room service didn't vacuum the floor prior to us entering the room.
Rooms: Our room floors were not clean. There were kabobs stick and pills on the floor when we entered the room. The bathroom floor had hair on it
Food and drinks: The food and drinks were very good. Really enjoyed the wings and flatbread.

Pros: Large rooms - some with whirlpool tubs, easy to locate in the central area with a plaza next door. The rooms are clean and equipped. Breakfast available for a minor fee.
Cons: Broken elevator and pool is out of order. The room sink doesn't hold water (the stopper needs to be replaced). Some front desk staff are unprofessional - doesn't provide the Hilton standard service!

The hotel needs a lot of work the pool didn't have any water in it and looked like it needed to be painted and the bathroom's were dirty and the toilet didn't work

Breakfast NOT included. First HGI I’ve ever been to where breakfast was not free.
As an Honors member who has been to countless HGI’s around the country, that’s a huge disappointment to your morning right there. You don’t want to pay $30 for you and your spouse to be able to grab a pre-made omelette or quick bite on your way out, which means you’ve gotta make another stop for breakfast instead of being on your way.
Lobby is nice. Late night guy in skinny jeans was great and helpful. Rooms were dated, but adequate. Pool is out of order… Fine for our 8-hour crash, just not your typical Hilton standard.
