“I bought the BlueWorld GardenFall Dark Copper floor fountain with mirror from Water Gallery LLC. The day of arrival came and the delivery company got the very large crate to the bottom of 3 flights of stairs and said this was as far as they had to take it, after much arguing I had them put it back on the truck and take it back. I called Doug from Water Gallery and he promised to fix it and have it redelivered. At no cost to me he set it up and the shippers redeliver it inside my house. As fate would have it, when I unpackaged the fountain there was a very noticeable scratch on the frame. Once again Doug promised to make it right and after attempting to match the paint he shipped me a new fountain to replace the one I had. If I ever find a place for another fountain, this will be the only place I come to buy it. Not everything works out as planned but with excellent customer service like this I couldn't have imagined it working out better!”

“When in Tally look for My Favorite Things.It is fun to explore different towns when visiting family and we stumbled upon this interesting gift & wedding registry store .From nice China and place settings to monogrammed towels they have a little bit of everything .They even had a small section dedicated specifically to the favorite man in your life .The service could not be any better as we had at least 3 people come to ask if we could be helped.At the front of the store they even sold Hollyballs which I had recently seen on " Shark Tank".( my fave show).Prices were a little high but they had a large section of beautiful clearance items for those that might want to find some things a little more reasonably priced .This is a nice place for a registery though and if I was local I might consider.”

He was incredibly knowledgeable and took his time showing me all of the options without making me feel even remotely pressured. A year later I went back to buy some furniture and he remembered my husband and me. Again, it continued to be a great experience. I highly recommend sleep number and Austin specifically.”

“I frequently shop at Ross on the weekends. I went there on Sunday Nov 2. Shopping for a pair of work boots and some work pants. And I just want to compliment a few of the employees for there outstanding customer service skills. First off all I want to Say Mrs. Sheree who was working in the back of the store in the fitting rooms she was very polite and helpful to all the customers and doing a great job keeping the fitting rooms nice and clean and with a smile on her face which is rare. I told here what a great job she was doing. And I felt the need to recognize her for her commitment to great customer service. It doesn't go unoticed. Also I want to recognize Mrs. Katrina the store manager who was working front cash register she is always very polite and speaks to every customers as they walk into the store keeps a smile on her face and always helpful when I go to her register. Also she is an amazing saleswoman. She convinced me into getting a Ross Credit Card. Last but not least Mr Avele a new employee was working at the register up front as well that day I ended up going back through his line to get another pair of pants . This young man was very professional with great customer service skills. Kept the line moving while interacting well with the customers. Everyone appreciates great customer service and I would like these employees to know their work doesn't go unoticed. I've worked in retail and it can be demanding at times and hard to keep a smile on your face but these three employees are amazing and create a great shopping experience. Thank you guys!”
