My boyfriend and I have gone to Andrew for all of our car fixes since moving to Tallahassee for college back in 2023. Their service has always been top notch - not only are they fast and efficient but they truly care for their customers. They provide great detail and expertise throughout the duration of getting the car worked on and they are so kind.
I will always recommend Koala Automotive Repair to any of my friends and family in Tallahassee. There’s truly no better place to go to!!

Andrew and his team are as good as it gets. My wife has been going to them for about 4 years and received nothing but impeccable service with each visit. They’d rather lose out on sales by not lying to customers than to make money taking advantage of them.
In a more recent example, I dropped off my truck to see if it needed any maintenance. They texted me a day later and said “no, but in 30k you’ll need this, this, and that, with a walk-out price of this. You’re free to pick it up!” I asked what I owed them for the diagnostic, and he said “free of charge.”
Don’t go to dealerships or major chains, go to these guys.

Life can be so hectic that you need time to breath. That happened to me a couple of weeks ago when my suv car dash panel lights lit up like a pin ball machine. Needing a tow…I remembered a friend recommending Honest Auto Fix, so I called the shop and a young man named Andre’ helped me immensely! He was reassuring and calm letting me know what services they provided and a confident “tow your car here, we’ll take care of you.”
Needless, to say, his words proved to be true. They worked on my vehicle and constantly kept me in the loop. And the best part is they did not price gouge me. (Which I was expecting) Honest Auto Fix has a life time customer and I will tell others “take your car here. You won’t be sorry!” I gave them 5 stars b/c I couldn’t give them more. Thank you Andre’ and the rest of the team at the garage.

The team at Honest Auto Fix is attentive and focus on providing excellent customer service, affordable prices and quality work to your vehicles. Our family has been going to them since we moved to Florida and they have always been accommodating, efficient and transparent about their process and prices. We have gone to them without an appointment due to an emergency (unfortunately, more than once) and not only do they squeeze us in, but they keep a consistent line of communication throughout the repair/servicing process. We have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. Talk about truth in advertising, these guys take it literally. They won't try to gouge you or sell you something you don't need. Also, they may tell you something you don't want to hear, but it will be true.
I've taken my cars there for a while and I can say I truly trust each and every person there. It is a refreshing change of pace.
