Bought a chicken Salad Sandwich, chips and 2 cookies. Sandwich was good, but cookies nor chips were in boxed lunch. Very disappointed. First time trying them. Will not be back since they can't get their orders correct.

12/24 Received great customer service at the Tallahassee Florida location.
I purchased the trio turkey sliders lunch combo which costed 14.82 quite a bit for what came out to be such small sliders.
I recommend getting mayo or a savory mustard so it won't be dry to the palate and of course you get a side out of the selected choices.
Overall, nice environment with decent food

I never knew what I was missing till I went here. Their sandwiches are so good. We had the Ham Classic, Ham Salad and the Ham HoneyBaked(hot). Any sandwich you get, it will not disappoint. And the crew was very nice and pleasant.

These folks were really on their game. So, helpful at helping me decide what I needed for my gathering. Very organized. Time week spent. The ham was great!
Wheelchair accessibility: Its good if your just rolling in and rolling out.

Have ordered hams from here the day before Thanksgiving for the last 3 years. After waiting in line for 35 minutes. I got up to the front only to learn they are not accepting walk-ins, same day orders. Couldn't order online and the young last taking the payment seems like she could care less. No signs to warn or anything. Just wasted time. This is why businesses struggle. Stupid practices like this!

Wish I could give it 10 stars! I just went to Honey Baked Ham Tallahassee and had fantastic service! I was in a jam and Crosby helped me out a ton! Also, the food was spot on! I got a club sandwich, broccoli salad, and iced tea and it was really tasty! I usually get the chicken salad sandwich but wanted to try something new and I am glad I did. The Club Sandwich was huge and all of the ingredients were fresh. The sauce they put on it is a perfect mix of sweet and savory. Broccoli salad was good too and refreshing on a hot day. The iced tea was fresh and also perfect on a summer day. The restaurant and service was friendly, clean, calm, and quick. I will be back. Thanks again, Crosby!!
Vegetarian options: Any of the salads or sandwiches could be made vegetarian. They have soups too which may be vegetarian.
Kid-friendliness: Would be a fine place to bring kids of all ages.

Picked up a ham, and 4 sides for Easter. $140 later, we had a tasty meal. The ham is great, but the frozen sides are average quality at a premium price. I may purchase a ham again, but will get the sides at Publix.

A little pricey, bread selection is disappointing. Overall the food is four stars in its sweetness when it comes to the ham products.
