I grew up emo and loved hot topic as a teenager. No, it's not phase mom! Lol 20 years later, still emo and shopping here. Except now with my three teenagers in tow! What a beautiful full circle moment to experience introducing them to hot topic! I was very appreciative of the excellent customer service and staff. Especially the associate with the short red hair! Hey girl! Sorry I forgot your name! But thanks for all your help! She helped me create a loyalty account for my kids, earn hella hot topic cash and then just saved hundreds of dollars using it this past weekend. I always drop a bunch of money in here. I would highly recommend doing their loyalty program and shopping their deals. The coupons stack. Hope this helps! Would highly recommend!

Great selection of clothing, jewelry, and other decor type things. The people who work there are super nice. I would recommend if you like alternative things, things from hello kitty, and even band tees.

This place was wonderful! The workers were extremely kind and helpful to my dad who was helping me shop over face time!! They went above and beyond and were willing to look for a silly little shirt that I wanted and even offered other ways of purchasing ie (shipping and ordering online) thank you for displaying such kindness and willingness to help I know that it might not have seemed like much but this really was so nice and I really appreciate all of the workers here ☺️

Prices are a little high for the quality of garments, but 15 y/o grandchild always find just the right thing for special events. Staff is always kind and helpful, especially the manager.
