I recently had a positive experience with J&K Auto Body in Tallahassee. Kenny, the gentleman I dealt with, was courteous and professional. He set clear expectations regarding the timeline and results. Pricing was competitive with other providers. Although the location in a business park may not be the most welcoming, the quality of service at this body shop exceeded my expectations.

I damaged my front bumper extensively, and had to pay for all repairs out of my own pocket. Ken took a look, ordered the necessary parts, and fixed the car perfectly and on schedule at a VERY reasonable - no, let me say LOW - price. I could not be happier. Unrelated to his work, but body related, two months later I had an issue with some sensors that I wanted the dealer to look into. The dealer quotes were several hundred dollars. Because the dealer couldn't give me an appointment for two more months, I went back to Ken to get his opinion: nothing to lose, right? He promptly clambered under the vehicle with a fistful of tools and fixed the problem in ten minutes at no charge. Given my two encounters, you can be sure I would give him seven stars if that were possible. Many thanks J & K !
