I went to this nail salon a few days ago & received a full set (starting over yet again from the terrible experience of Nook Nails). As you can see the gel polish is coming off, 2 nails broke in the same area (picking up a box) and my cuticle area is finally healing after the excessive drilling around them. Super square lol which I said I’d handle but have not so my fingers around the area could heal properly.. it was less than nook but the service was just as awful! I’m new here & still learning places. So I’ll write this place off also.

I love this nail shop. I always go to Kelly and she is amazing at her craft. She is very attentive and takes special care to make sure you love your nails. She is the best.

I went here trying to save cause it’s the “cheaper” option in the city …. Long story short I was the last customer my original lady left during my session and I was switched over to another lady (who seemed agitated to have to do my nails) and I assume because of this she felt it to be ok to add an additional charge to my ticket when I asked WHY it was so high she stated because I’d gotten a service I did not receive when I explained that I in fact did not get that service she became visibly aggravated with me so (to protect my energy) I allowed her to proceed with charge and noted to never return …… and she tipped herself

I have been going to j nails for nearly 11 years! I have seen each of the nail techs who work here, they all do a phenomenally job! I honestly will not go anywhere else for my nails, toes, or eyebrows! You will not regret going here.

I just went to that place, bad service, and a girl asked me what I wanted, I told her it was a pedicure, she didn't answer anything, she just looked at me, she didn't tell me if she was going to serve me or not, I sat down and waited while she served another client, but even seeing that I sat down, he didn't say anything...I got up and left...I don't plan to return to that place...

Not sure who did my nails but she didn't introduce herself. She squeezed my fingers the entire time and used an acrylic nail to peel off my acrylic nails. I could have done that at home and saved my money. Then she was unsure about what I wanted done while I was there. After I had specified. I asked for around nails and she gave me square. I asked for matte polish and she gave me regular polish. I will not be going back. My hands are so sore from her peeling my acrylics off without using the dremel.
