My experience with Jackson Hewitt has been great. Nancy Lattimore has been preparing my taxes for the last eight years. She's efficient, precise and concise and timelines. I'm not sure if I could go anywhere else but Jackson Hewitt, however, Ms. Nancy has to be there.Thank you Jackson Hewitt.

I've used Jackson Hewitt for my tax filing for 10 years ... and am extremely satisfied with everything about them. The tax professionals are friendly, accurate and efficient ... usually completing my return in 15-30 minutes. I highly recommend them!

Made an appointment ahead of time. Walked in and spent the next hour and a half getting two different filings done. Both were rather complicated this year but she took care of them efficiently and with very little input from me. She definitely knew what she was doing. I even waited til the last few days but was still able to get them done. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I usually file my taxes by myself online but I wanted to do things differently this year. I thought the process would be long and tedious, but to my surprise it was quite the opposite. My tax preparer was professional, welcoming and eager to help me. She told me everything I needed to bring and asked me a few short questions which ultimately made the process extremely quick and simple. I would rate my experience a 11/10.
