The staff and management of Jackson Square are professional, friendly and accommodating. I was there for about 15 years and have never had a problem that this team has not addressed fully and resolved. Baileigh has always been attentive and made my move-out easy. If not retiring, I would be there for another 15 and enjoyed a great place to live with owners/management who care!

Plumber wasn’t sure if the problem at first…said he had to call a specialist about the water leak….then proceeded to try and fix the leak himself! Turned off my water without telling me for an hour! Said he found a small leak! Haven’t even heard from J S about it! My utilities bill was $50 higher than last month due to the leak!

Great apartment complex. The management team is very helpful and knowledgeable. Terri is Amazing. I'd definitely recommend this location as a place to consider for residing long-term.

When I moved here 2 years ago it was way nicer and rent was lower. It’s clean in the neighborhood but you have to hound maintenance to get things done correctly which is a huge inconvenience as a single mom of 3. First I had issues with the tub which took four tries and three weeks to fix. Now I’m having troubles with my stove not working and it’s taking over 3 submitted complaints. Then last year over half the year we didn’t have a kids park and I got the run around for months about when it would be done and same with the pool. Nice staff so I feel bad but this isn’t what it used to be here. The kids in the neighborhood are unsupervised and there was actual human feces on the kids park. It was brought to staff attention and was never properly dealt with. Park hours are posted and they don’t enforce it or hold parents to a standard to supervise their kids.

The apartment management here is outstanding. They are always responsive, friendly and attentive to residents' needs. Terri was incredibly helpful during our move in. We handled the process smoothly and stress-free. Facilities are excellent and location is very good. They make this a wonderful place to call home.
