Only one register. Have to wait in line with in stor shoppers for a pickup order. They said they had express pickup. But no.

I was, I was very disappointed. I helped build the one in Anchorage. Alaska, and this one is just falling apart. And the shell was not consistent, not very happy with this storm at all. I think it will be out of business within a year.

The place was clean, but I guess no one works there. I saw 2 employees the whole time. Our cashier how ever, was very kind and good with the kids.

The associates are polite and professional
I used to work at Dillard’s in the Mens Department
I hope JCPENNEY will always be a part of the USA

Very disappointed that Macy's closed. Food court had no coffee anywhere. Too many empty stores yet every thing was so expensive.
