The only issue I had is that the young lady who was working did not acknowledge I was in the store shopping. She was looking at her phone the entire time. I greeted her and initiated small talk to get the service I needed. To her defense she was probably bored. There were no other shoppers in store. I'm aware I am old school. When it's time to work you work and your customer is the only priority. That sadly has become a thing of the past.

I went to the underground store today looking for a specific pair of dr martens. Unfortunately, they only had the pair i wanted not in my size, but Natalia was extremely helpful by checking for me and helping me by ordering a pair online. Everyone had such a happy attitude and it was a pleasure shopping here! Y’all rock!

When I entered store, I was quite excited to search for some new shoes for the upcoming semester but once I was assisted, one of the fat employees was rude. To be more descriptive, she was taller than 5'5, mislay piercings, wore rectangular glasses, and you can tell she had kids by the blubber of her stomach. I was APPALLED when she came to me with her pestilent breath; never in my life have I had to suggest Colgate to anyone. She was rude to me when I asked for a certain pair in my size and was asking for my input in shoes i didn't ask for. I understand she wants an opinion, but keep them to yourself. Some of us have lives and wish to move along quicker than to construct small talk. Once I went to the register, she asked for my age which I thought was rude and disrespectful to my privacy and when she knew my zodiac, she decided to be very insolent. My suggestion to her would be not to assume one's personality BASED OFF THEIR ZODIAC if you don't know them well enough. As long as you're aware you're a terrible person (which she has stated), that's completely fine. Don't take your personal experiences upon others, I'm sure they had a reason for your lack of perspective in others. Your perception on others is ignorant if you're judging someone from a star constellation. All love though ;)

Was a great experience! Most workers just do the bare minimum to get paid, but Cullen (not sure on spelling) was really polite and welcoming. He saw I was looking for a specific shoe, and began looking for them on the computer. He let me come around and see exactly which ones they had in stock. When it wasn't in stock, he offered to get a pair brought to my house. Most definitely will be stopping back by for my next pair of shoes!

Could use some improvements on customer service and shoe selection. I was unsure if the cashier was available to help answer my questions, because I didn’t want to interrupt her phone conversation.
