Was very disappointed. First time I've been since the remodel, or moving of things, and could not find anything i had gone for. And we searched lower and upper level. Disappointing I used to love Kohls!

Kohls is well known in Tallahassee and they seem to be raising there Own bar as there are few department stores left in Tallahassee. I hope they can continue on the road they are on so that they can survive as one of the few department stores that isn’t a discontinued discount department store (or TJ Maxx, Ross etc

I used to love going into Kohl's. Especially when i got a 30% off coupon. These days not so much. Went in to Kohl's today & did not get greeted by anybody or asked by anyone if there was anything that they could help me find. Koh's has just become disappointing imho. When i went into Kohl's today i saw stuff on the clearance rack either off the hanger on the floor or just thrown over the top of the rack. It seems like Kohl's just does not care about their customers anymore............

Kohl's is a good store with good people problem is these days everybody's buying things online cuz you can't possibly keep everything in store that you could buy online Kohl's does have a lot of pickup or order online and pick up and their returns are very easy they strive to be customer friendly they are very good

Enjoyed my last visit, I've always been a Kohl's shopper, but the last 2 1/2 years I've noticed alot has changed in their clothing, purse organizers by Rosetta & shoes. There are not much choices & variety in the cute clothing & purses they used to carry, I miss that! I loved Jennifer Lopez brand of clothing, they've done away with her brand.
Other than that, the employees & store atmosphere are Friendly & Nice!
