I have shopped this Tallahassee Kohl's store many times over the past several months and the personnel is wonderful! The atmosphere is very welcoming. The employees are friendly, polite, and make me feel appreciated as a customer. I've been greeted when I enter the store numerous times. Any time I have had to return an item, the process is extremely convenient and easy. I highly recommend this establishment! It is a delight to shop there!

No customer service and the one associate followed me around like I was gonna steal something glaring at me. I about whipped my Kohls credit card out to tell her if I want something I'll buy it but 2 wrongs don't make a right so I just left

I had not been in a Kohls in years. It will not be that long next time. I loved the variety of items they have. We found quite a few clearance bargains. And that store can make you fat if you are not careful! Watch out for the chocolate! There is lots of it!

Sale prices seemed rigged. Some departments were in disarray. Could not find one single staff member for all of upstairs.

This Kohl’s location is very messy and not organized.It lacks of employees and good management…It looks very sad and in poor condition inside

It’s the second to last Saturday before Christmas and only 3 registers are open. We waited over 30 minutes to check out! There’s no longer a good jewelry selection- it has been replaced with a mini Sephora. Half of the home, bathroom, and bedroom items are out of stock. The shelves look bare and there’s barely any selection.

Kohls previously had a fantastic jewelry selection with awesome sales and something to gift to anyone! Included in that area they offered perfumes/colognes which I thought to use for my daily in the go. Not cheap but not break the bank and again perfect for gifts for almost everyone and affordable! GONE!!! I inquired where is the jewelry and the response was around the corner to which I found those cheap holiday boxes which encased items which would look more presentable had the derives from a gym all machine!!! True story!NOW??? Kohls apparently made what they consider the executive decision to remove the afore-mentioned areas and replace with Sephora collections!!!! HUH??? In addition to this high priced over rated skin/makeup collection, they were thoughtful enough to add high end colognes which are minimally discounted! As I stood in amazement, I over heard several people comment on pricing. (You can not use Kohls Cash on the Sephora Leasee apparently so no help there) Furthermore, I inquired to an associate what happened and she unfortunately didn’t had anything to suggest other than Kohls wants to drive the tweens and such in??? For sure not happening! Girls don’t want makeup from a no known name brand nor at $40 for lipgloss! Shoot, the cheap brands such as Eld or Wet n Wild or TikTok fare is what they want! I can attest to this.Finally, Rewards program???? On my receipt it says I earned $1.74 on my $103.93 purchase???I have been card holder for over a decade and will need to find a retail location for which is designed to met the needs of a paying customer as opposed to the promise of incremental sales generated by their new dept.

They were very friendly at the Amazon return desk. gave me a coupon for 35% off so I opened a Kohl's charge. The young man that checked me out, I believe his name was Rod Was very nice. Did a great job and took another 10% off because there was dirt on the bottom of the purse. I look forward to going back to this Kohl's again
