Made an appointment but was never called up to be seen. Had to leave after an hour of waiting because I had to go back to work. What's the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait for hours to be seen?

Not a great location. Always a long wait, and the front staff is a bit rude. 4+ hour walk in wait time on a Monday morning.

I wish I could say that this is a recommended place but the truth is no matter how kind and helpful the phlebotomists are, if the front desk staff are rude, it sets the tone for the entire appointment. I’ve been at this site multiple times due to the convenience of location but it may be better for my disposition to drive longer so I can receive better customer service.
I had an appointment time today and came in before my time and checked in at the desk to confirm my appointment and to ensure they had my lab records. The front desk staff held up her stack of papers and rudely said “you see all of this? This is what I have to still get through so I’ll get to
You when I get to you” I totally understand they are busy and have a million things going on and maybe not all clients are kind but to treat everyone as if they are an inconvenience is how business is lost.

Very unprofessional. This was the first time I have ever had to step foot inside this location. I used their check in service of being able to wait in the car until technician was ready. I walked in after receiving the text and asked if my name had been called. I was rudely given the response that my name had been called and had been allegedly paged three times. How are you going to offer a service of being able to remain in the car and then be rude about the situation?
Technician "T" does not belong in this field or any social service field. She is unprofessional, rude and lacks any interpersonal skills. She was looking for my veins and while doing so, was almost carving her nails into my arm. Her demeanor can cause anyone with anxiety when it comes to blood work, to feel even more anxious.

Highly unprofessional front counter person golds in mouth directing people to check in machine even after saying they have questions being very passive aggressive brushing people off an telling them get ready to wait we’re booked or telling people we’re overbooked and they have to set an appointment for another date

“ The only reason I am even considering giving this location a star, is because of the young lady who wears the braces. By far , she is the only person who has been in patient care and knows the definition of “ bedside manner.” Hell, this young woman demonstrates professionalism and impeccable communication skills, unlike her many of her colleagues. So for that; I thank you.
Without question, this young woman is the only thing that separates LabCorp’s North Monroe location and a “modern day trap house 🏡 “

26 years in medical...I have NEVER had such a terrible experience with a lab. It took 3 days and waiting as a walk in for 2 hours. Please 🙏 please competition come to Tallahassee you will crush this pathetic excuse for a lab operation.

Man this wait is ridiculous!!!! Either they need more locations or workers. It’s crazy to have an appointment and still waiting.
