Almost everyone here hates their job lol. The layout is weird and most people that aren’t regulars aren’t going to understand how to navigate it. You walk in and there’s just brown doors, I asked where to go because even though yeah, there was a sign on the door- I didn’t want to just open a random door. After talking to the rude yt blonde lady with the bad roots, I go in. Naturally, I go to the front desk because that’s what you see when you first walk in. But no you’re supposed to go to one of the kiosks to check in. This was rudely pointed out to others well, even the older folk, and it makes even more sense that they wouldn’t think to go straight to the kiosk. It doesn’t matter if you make an appointment tbh. You will be there for a minute.I get that they’re at work, but I don’t feel bad for them. The place is open from 6:30-2:30. That’s not even a full shift, why are you so hostile? I’m here to piss in a cup and leave. You’re literally pushing PEE and you’re mad all day as if you’re doing strenuous tasks. They talk to you as if you’re slow too yet I know they’d hate it if they were treated that way. Stay away from this place, there’s better testing spots for sure.

I sat here for 3 hours for them to tell me I had a balance that I was unaware I had and that I could not get my blood work done. The first receptionist was insanely rude. The place was so packed that most of the people were standing. I am pregnant and I had to stand for 30 mins before I could get a seat. After three hours go by and the second receptionist steps in and she finally calls for all of the peoples paperwork because the first lady did not do that. They get my paperwork and 5 mins later she tells me I have a balance and if I didn't pay it, I can't get my labs done. If the first receptionist had taken my paperwork when I got there, I wouldn't have had to sit and wait in that hell hole for 3 hours. Absolutely ridiculous.

Appointments? .. anyone can just "take"them?? It's the "holding" that matters. Jerry Seinfeld - 1994 MONUMENTAL waste of time to make an appointment here. Checked in 25 minutes early through their mobile System, said they would text me when they were ready for me. Never got a text. Went inside, checked in through their scanner system, and waited to be called for my 1:45 PM appointment. Never got called. Went to the front desk to announce myself as having an appointment, to be told they were extremely busy and behind, and would get to me as soon as they could. Understandable. Why are you seeing "walk-ins", before people who took the time to make an appointment?? Not Understandable. Lost 90 minutes of pay leaving work - to not be seen for my appointment for bloodwork. Right after I'm done typing this review, I will be typing an email to my corporate office to stop using LabCorp for our drug tests on our applicants. (this is not the first time I've heard this review of this location)

I was there this morning getting blood work done and it was super crowded. Coming during that time is my fault because intuitively I know when there's a large crowd waiting in the medical profession your customer service is going to be lacking. The woman who drew my blood (I don't know her name, but she had orange hair) was AWFUL. You can tell she was moving fast because there were so many people in the lobby and they were trying to get through it but there is something to be said for having a bedside manner no matter what! She didn't care that I was nervous, she jabbed me with the needle and then dug it in further and got visibly frustrated with me and I'm the one she was stabbing with a needle! She was terrible! For someone who has a difficult time with needles, this was traumatic. I'm going back to this location because of the convenience to my job and I've never had a problem before, but I will not let this woman touch me again.

Usually, even if you make an appointment at this facility, you will still be waiting for 30 minutes up to 1 hour after to be seen. It seems like they are very short staffed.

Bad experience start to finish. Was treated as if I had personally offended the nurse doing the drug testing. The amount of attitude was insane. I was given directions as if I was a misbehaving child being scolded. Some of those instructions were contradictory, and the nurse acted like that was my fault too. Not that anyone cares because this place has an overwhelming amount of 1 star reviews. Go to a different location, and if possible, use a different drug screening lab. Hard to do though since LabCorp is the biggest in the business and runs a clear monopoly here. What a poorly run and unprofessional lab.

Appointment was for blood work at 12:45. When I checked in at 12:00 in person, I was offered a 12:15 blood drawing. Accepted the offer, was called to see the phlebotomy tech right at 12:15. Easy blood draw and out the door in 7 minutes. All aspects of my Labcorp experience were fine. No complaints.

If you have an appointment always make sure to show 25 minutes late, before the 30 minute window. Unless you like waiting the 30 minutes in the waiting room.

horrible customer service here, the employees here are rude and prioritize their lunch break over the health of the guest. Would not recommend coming to this location

front desk worker was incredibly rude and made little attempt to uphold my time. Had to advocate myself multiple times in attempt to get called back. Waiting a total of 45 minutes past my appointment time despite people coming through the door being called back within minutes

The most inefficient and poor customer experience I have ever had... and it has been the same all 5 times I have had to come here. If there is ANY other option, TAKE IT. I have never gotten out of here in less than 2-3 hours, even showing up at 530am on a Saturday! Go towards the end of the day and the doors are locked an hour before closing. Just a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

Actually thought everyone here was very nice and polite. The wait was quite a while but it was busy and appointments are not required so that is to be expected.

Scheduled appointment through the Labcorp app. I got there when suggested, signed in at the Kiosk. The staff was very nice and helpful with questions I had. Did not have to wait for a great length of time. The phlebotomist was very good and gentle. I will be back to the lab and I will use the same one.

What's the point of making an appointment if you don't get seen until a hour after the appointment time? There are people who have been waiting for 2hrs for service. Staff is incompetent of time management and customer service. My appointment was for 10:30am it's 12:00pm still haven't been seen. The lady who was doing the drug screening was very rude. I can't make this up, the front desk lady and the lady who did my screening got into an argument right in front of me at this point I'm calling corporate.
