They don’t respect your appointment. You have to wait long time before they call you even if you have an appointment.

The website says it closes at 11:00 on Saturday. Drove 45 minutes with my newborn and arrived at 10:40 to be told they weren’t allowing anyone else to check in. So be mindful, that even if the hours of operation state they close at 11:00, they will turn you away before then.

I saw poor reviews for wait times but they were not specific as to made an appointment or not. I did make an appointment for today February 25th for 9:15 as I had to come up from Crawfordville. I arrived around 8:30 and used my drivers license with the inside kiosk. The reception experience was great and after giving her my physician’s work order I was seen promptly. My phlebotomist was awesome. We had pleasant conversation with a fast, accurate, painless blood draw. I told her I would right a review today and this is as honest as it gets people. Make an appointment is my advice. I recommend this facility without any reservations one hundred percent 👍🏻👍🏻.

I was able to book a same day appointment, get in and out within 20m, and the phlebotomist was kind and helpful. I will be coming here for my future bloodwork!

Absolute horrible service here. They call one person back every 30-45 mins for blood labs to get done. It doesn't take 30-45 mins to do one person's labs.
Absolutely ridiculous. CHP insurance needs to step up its game and find someone who can do the job! Because I can't even get my labs done because I don't have 3 hrs to wait to get seen. Don't come here or any labcorp.

EXTREMELY long wait times. 1 hour minimum no matter what time you go.

I was a walk-in today, a bit concerned about all of the negative reviews. My experience was quite the opposite. Very professional and compassionate staff. Less than an hour later, I was done. I'll be switching to Labcorp with no hesitation. My previous well-known lab had a data breach months ago and didn't share that until recently. Not surprised they are closing down.

waited for an hour and about 15 minutes to be called back to have a sample of blood drawn, not suggested to come to this location. Staff very low.

Had an appt at 11:30 and was scared based on the reviews and amount of people in the waiting room that I would be there for hours. I was done by 11:40. The receptionist and phlebotomist were both really nice, and I barely felt the needle go in. My veins can be difficult and she got it on the first try, and I'm not bruised or anything.

My husband had a liver transplant 2 months ago and his blood draws need to be done weekly. His meds have to be measured in his blood so they are a matter of acceptance or rejection of the new liver. The woman at the front window recognizes him. But unless he tells her the Drs name on the standing order they manage to pull the wrong order. They did it again yesterday. Shands now doesn't have the correct results. This has happened more than once since his transplant. They need to be more aware of possible older orders . While we do get right in and out with an appointment, doing the wrong tests is not helping.

I don't know how they see so many people, but they really keep things moving over there. Staff is always courteous and professional. I did not have an appointment, but was seen within 30 minutes of my arrival.

This Lab Corp at Tim Gamble Place, is horrible even when you have an appointment! When you request the butterfly needle which is thinner and doesn't hurt like the regular, and shouldn't leave you with bruises, you're always told "we're out" "there is a shortage" "why do you want the butterfly" they have every excuse in the book. But did you know, when you ask for the butterfly needle according to the rules with Lab Corp they are suppose to get the butterfly needle and use it. The reason they give excuses is because of "SHEILA" who supposedly is upstairs of the building and in charge of the Tallahassee Lab Corps tells all the phlebotomist don't use the butterfly needle make excuses! It will save MONEY! Since SHEILA moved from NC to take over in 2021 or 2022 ALL LAB CORP IN TALLAHASSEE HAS GONE DOWN HILL!!! Since Lab corp is so short handed Sheila hires anyone over the phone, Some are only techs since they are NOT Certified, and they don't know how to stick needles in people, those that get fired from the hospitals of not being qualified get hired! Sheila is a very jealous person, especially when she didn't get the SE Regional Manager's position! I've NEVER worked for Lab Corp, but I have heard her Bully the employees, and talk about patients personal information while I was in one of their rooms to have blood drawn! The Atmosphere among Employees are horrible! Sheila needs to GO. Then the Bullying would stop and Lab Corp will get better like it used to be!

Horrible! Three hour wait time and still didn't get seen. Dismissive staff that just puts orders to the side.

Waleksa went above and beyond for me and my daughter. My daughter has special needs and it normally requires us to get bloodwork done at the hospital. I called this labcorp location and Waleksa spoke to me and reassured me that they could handle her. When we arrived today, she was the one who handled taking the bloodwork. It was so smooth and easy! It has never been that easy before and she has had a lot of bloodwork done. I highly recommend this location!
Will I be back? Absolutely. This is our location for life.
