The young lady working today I did not catch her name but she was a young blonde was so nice and helpful. Even though the store was busy she was helping everyone she could in a timely fashion. Definitely a great employee to have!

We are inexperienced new pool owners who showed up to Leslie's with a bad water sample and hope. We had no idea what to do next, but Robert (the employee working at the time) spent time explaining all of the steps and products to us. We left feeling much more prepared to care for our pool. Robert truly understands what customer means.

After leaving the competitors unimpressed we decided to try out Leslie's, and now we are SO glad we did! The manager was so knowledgeable and helpful pointing us in the right direction. She sold us the right size pump that we were looking for with a long warranty. We also were able to replace the salt converter that just died on us with a better one with a long warranty as well! They had what we needed in stock too! We couldn't be happier!

This place came highly recommended by our neighbors. First time pool owners and they were not willing to help us with making an appointment. The young lady on the phone kept referring us to "Home Advisor" saying that we would have a better chance with someone there. ? I'm in complete shock because we need a weekly, monthly pool service. This obviously isn't the place! I wish that I could give a better review but this company seems to only want to cater to a certain type of customer.

2 stars for customer service. They are attentive and willing the help.HoweverTwice they have recommended I “drain” my pool. Based on the sample I provided and their test results.I don’t just take their word for it … I always shop it around and compare results with my own test strips.Each time they have recommended a drain my local pool store in my home town has offers a simple solution that was less time consuming than draining the entire pool. Each time we’ve fixed the chemistry.I don’t know what’s going on here if it is a money grab, faulty calibration of test machinery or if my local pool store just has more experience?Either way I would recommend using a small, local pool store over these larger chains.Maybe if you catch a deal on chemicals and supplies here it’s worth the trip. They do run sales sometimes .

I ordered 2 foam floats to have it delivered to the N. Monroe St. store so I could pick them up since I didn't want them sitting at my house before I got home from work. They were back ordered for 2 months and finally I got an email stating they were ready to be picked up at the store, then a minute later I received an email stating that the floats were picked up?! I called the store and spoke with one of the managers "Charlie" and she said she was sorry and that one of her employees has sold them to a walk-in customer...?!!! She told me that I shouldn't have anything that I order shipped to the store to be picked up and that she has tried training that employee but they didn't seem to learn or listen. I called the customer service and had a rep named Tonya go through the process of discounting 2 floats and said that she would process the order later that day. She lied and never placed the order for the floats in reconciliation of the poor customer service I received from the N. Monroe St. store. All I have to say is I will never recommend or shop at Leslie's ever again. They all lie and don't follow through with what they say they are going to do. The manager at the N. Monroe St. store didn't offer to try to resolve my issue other than say all she could do was refund me my money. This company needs to train their employees on what customer service is and to not be rude and talk badly about their own employees.
