It has been 42 minutes and still no one has responded. This level of customer service is unacceptable. LKQ headquarters needs to review and take action regarding this branch immediately.

Calling and reserving part was top notch. Getting to office in bonifay, I wait for the guy to help me, ask him to make sure it will work, didn’t check but I still proceeded to buy part cause I needed it asap. Turned out to be right part. Returned the core $25, guy never came to the counter, woman from office said she would issue refund and if there was a problem not getting the $25 to call back. Ok so if she issued the refund right, why would she mention if there were an issue, she obviously didn’t issue the refund. Been about 1 week and a half and no core refund. I actually liked your business up until this. If you say you’re going to do something do it!!!!! I should not have to waste more time calling you to fix something when you should just have done it in the first place

17 minutes and still only a very quick “hold please” and hang up. Meanwhile, we spend thousands a month with this company, to get awful customer service 98% of the time. Ordering? Oh they’re amazing! Getting core money back? You’ll get no response, have to call DAILY, all for the core pickup to continually be pushed further and further. Not to mention the fact that they lie and say a driver came or that your core was toppled over in the dirt and couldn’t be picked up - both untrue - (but when confronted with the fact that we have cameras everywhere and show there’s NO footage of a driver arriving or leaving, and your cameras show there’s core perfectly stable on a pallet upright) they ghost you for several days before you ultimately have to call over and over and over again. We’ve started ordering through the Ft Myers office (a whole 8 hours from us) where we actually get decent customer service. LKQ Bonifay is a whole joke.

This company came through for my son and myself. My son has a hybrid Hyundai sonata, the large hybrid battery that he had that originally came in. The vehicle had gone bad. He purchased one from another guy who claimed part numbers didn't matter and it did not work. LKQ hit the nail on the head first time.

While Steve was around there we used to purchase $35-$40k annually parts from them, since he is gone we have tried to few times to work with the others they have and never worked out…. We haven't ordered even for a penny for the last 18 months from them.

Spent 4 mins on hold to finally talk to someone. All I was able to telly him is where I'm calling from, then immediately on hold for another 5mins before I finally hung up.

This company is nothing but a scam. They will steal your money and they do not honor any warranty that they sell to you.

They are friendly and if they don't have what you need on site they can get it quickly.
