I absolutely love LongHorn steakhouse in their food. Haven't been there in several years was very excited to go but having to wait two and a half hours to be seated for a large party is ridiculous and the fact that the server for my table kept not listening to us and taking care of us and was running away and we had to ask other servers to help us out with our need what's ridiculous to the point we even had to talk to the manager. I understand if he's new but that was still not acceptable.

We had a great dinner! The food was hot and fresh. The meal pacing was great! Whomever cooked our steaks. Did them spot on! I was very impressed. Willie May is a great server. Tammy is a great manager. She was walking the dining floor and checking on customers. We will definitely be coming back again.

First I tried calling the restaurant for an hour and NO ONE would answer the phone. I placed two orders online, which were supposed to be ready by 12:30. I arrived at the restaurant at 12:45, parked in the curbside area and waited 10 minutes and no one bothered to come outside. I walked in and made a complaint about my wait and about calling and was told, "but he's busy"... This generation has no customer service skills. at 1:05 the employee manning the to go register called me to let me know my order was not paid for and I told him I was aware. After a couple seconds of silence, I asked do I need to come in and he said yes. Other restaurants have proper customer service and go get the payment from customers in the curbside spots. I went in the restaurant and waited 10 more minutes to be acknowledged as employees walked past and the manager too. the employee handling the to go register was also assisting with boxing food and bagging it. NOT SANITARY. I finally left at 1:30. Arrived back at work and NO plastic wear, condiments, or napkins. I would call but they don't answer the phone. Thank goodness I have great bosses. I won't be back.

It has been a while since I have been to Longhorn's , but it was worth every penny I spent, the food was AWESOME and the service I got was even better than that! LOVED IT!!!! THANK YOU !!!

1st trip, ordered steak, what I got was a lot of fat & gristle. Prices are way too high for the quality of meat they serve. 2nd trip service sucked & food was burnt. Same mediocre cuts of meat

This Longhorn is a great location! Their food is always hot and delicious no matter whether I order them for dine-in or pickup. My personal favorites are the parmesan crusted chicken or the chop steak! Very satisfied.

I ordered over the phone with very specific instructions for my lamb chops , nothing too crazy, just WELL DONE. As soon as I opened the container My food was bleeding all over my mashed potatoes. I wish I knew the cook I would give him a personal shot out. I spent 31.64 for food I could not eat. Everyone knows when lamb chops in town we rave over them. I’m never coming here again I work hard for mine smh .

Bar experience is always fast and quick. Will rocks. He is polite and can remember your order and allergy lists which eases my mind unlike other local spots. Pure mixologist even for the non alcoholic drinks.
