Order was late, and when I did get it, it was crooked and thread was coming out. I got a refund, but the owner threw a fit.

I spent over $200 and let’s just say never again! Horrible communication, the thread is coming out the shirts after one wash! Still have shirts there that they messed up and have yet to receive a call back or an update! I don’t understand why I’m calling once a week for an update! No email no nothing! Really just rushed and did whatever! Then no compensation! No apologies no nothing!

I'm not sure who the manager is because she is rude and not personable. I spent ~20 minutes trying to help the employee locate a font that was advertised on the wall on a blanket. The employee told me everyone comes in and asks for the blanket yet they do not have it written down or made known. I looked in the entire book to help the employee check out others so to not hold up the next customer. The "manager" came in the back and the young girl helping me went to ask her the font. The manager came out mumbled it with a negative attitude. I asked her a question (to clarify because I want it to have the same exact font as the blanket) she seemed perturbed I was addressing her. She mumbled it again and walked in the back to start working. Never addressed me or spoke politely for someone who is the face of an establishment. I was being very polite, patient and kind and this manager was definitely aggressive and unpleasant! As I'm looking at the blanket and the girl checking me out I'm reading off how it appears on the blanket so it will be the same as the one on the wall I want. The manager gives me a dirty look and shuts the door where she was working. It just seemed aggressive... especially when I'm not worried about you I'm looking back and forth to the blanket. So, here is the "customization" I wanted.... I wanted the exact same thing advertised on this blanket on the wall... EXACT font, different colors, and take off the little butterflies. I didn't want blue font for my baby girl, and I changed the two threads for flower and leaves- agains, it's a girl bag and I wanted soft pastel colors... simple enough you would think. So the employee helping me walked in the back and asked the manager something (I couldn't hear that part) and this is what I heard... I overheard this manager say, "If she's going to customize it, it will be $100. " So the employee comes back out and says, it will be $100. Okay. Then the employee said plus the blanket, so $148. I was shocked!!! $100 for monogramming!!!! Have you ever heard of such... it wasn't that large!!!! And because I customized it without butterflies... you would think it would be less!!! Since when are the thread colors and font not customized?? That's the point of a font book and ring of thread colors. Either way, I used the exact same font as the blank advertised I simply changed colors to a feminine pallet. I had spent ~40 minutes in here at this point so I was ALREADY committed to this blanket. So I asked the employee who was checking me out (the same one that went and spoke with her) if I bought it exactly like it is on the wall will it still be $100? She said yes.... But wait, that's not customized! I was astonished. The price on the wall on the blanket said $48..... Well, this is where you will understand the horrific customer service and poor managerial (or deceitful) skills I'm referring to (if you haven't already). I found a little overnight bag and it was priced $45. I then chose my monogramming font and color of thread (ahem, customized) and you will never believe what the purchase price was with my monogramming PLUS overnight bag! It was $45!! TOTAL. Again, this doesn't make any sense. The manager is the reason I will take my monogramming elsewhere after this ordeal!
