They did a great job on my car it looks the same as it did when I first got it. Can’t even tell that I had a dent or paint patch missing.

I was relieved and thrilled by the service I received at Maaco. After owning my car for less than a month I backed into a lamppost and scratched and dented my bumper. I was miserable, but I knew that taking care of the problem right away was necessary. I brought my car in on Wednesday afternoon and by Friday morning the work was completed. And I was expecting a bigger bill than I received. Thanks, Maaco Auto Body Shop. You were great!

Not sure why they can't get a car painted in over 2 weeks. They didn't do any body work promised, so I got the car back with dents and a hole in the bumper. Got the body work taken off but ruined the reveal a bit. Paint job was fair to good other than that, but definitely not perfect, but what could I expect to paint a full car for $1500. So after everything still a cheap deal comparatively. Just don't expect a new car.

I give 5 Stars. Steve the owner is very very honest, I thought I needed a paint job. He ended up buffing the car, and did a wonderful job. It looks great He saved me over 700 dollars He also practiceed a great humanitarian act for me when, I needed it at a time He is not greedy at all. The staff is cool also. Everyone go to Maaco!

Made contact with Steve at Maaco in Tallahassee who provided me with an estimate and a completion date. I was contacted as promised and was please with the paint job and received a warranty.

Paint job was good, but… my battery was completely dead when I picked it up. Also one of the small lights on the side of my car was missing. My car is also still full of paint dust from the sanding job. And if they say it takes 2 weeks, plan on 5 or 6.

Great job in painting the roof of my car and with matching the 10 year old color on the rest of the car. Can’t even tell the difference! Bonus kudo for also fixing the leak around the front passenger windshield. No more water on the floorboard!! I will definitely use Macco again!!

A company goes into business to solve problems. This team creates more paint overspray issues to solve, and cannot complete the work;
even when a small vehicle has been left on the premises for three full weeks. The car was left with them 3-8-25 and picked up 3-27-25. I have to drve there to address paint overspray concerns.

I took my 2015 Nissan Armada to the Maaco shop in Tallahassee, FL, for body work and a new bumper-to-bumper paint job. I told them I wanted the car painted exactly the same color as it was when I took it in, which was what Nissan calls Arctic Blue Metallic. When I got the car back, it was a significantly different color. The only way I can tell it's actually blue is to get right next to the car and look closely. It's a very very dark blue, but it looks black.
I have no problem with the quality of the work that was done. They did a good job on the body work and there's nothing wrong with the quality of the paint job, but I am very unhappy with the color. I'll never take another vehicle to them for that reason alone.

I was referred to Maaco by a cashier I met a Sun Stop. She saw my rear view mirror on driver side off and advise me to contact Maaco because they repaired her car and did a great job. I'm glad I took her advice. I went to Maaco and got an estimate on Friday. The following Tuesday, they called and advised my mirror was in. I took my car in and my mirror was installed in less than 15 mins. Customer service was great; and, I drove away with a big smile. Thanks for your great service Maaco!
