I bought my King and Queen size mattress sets from Mattress By Appointment and I’m really happy with my beds, my payments and my experience at the store. Best prices in town hands down. You won’t find other places that have these kinds of prices. Thank you Deena for working with me and my wife.

No joke the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing anything in Tallahassee let alone a bed. The customer service was amazing ms Deena worked with me helped me find exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to get it for me if you need a bed don’t hesitate to call ms Deena!

SCAMMED ME! A lot of people were saying that deena made negotiations with people and made it easier for them and helped them find a bed. But in my case she did not. I messaged her scheduling an appointment stating queen beds under 250. She first wants to show me $1000 bed knowing what we discussed and my price range. And then she shows me the thinnest bed I’ve ever seen, it’s almost like it was a joke. She didn’t even try to sell me a bed. All in all, I had a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend. I ended up at mattress firm and got a queen sleepy bed for $322, brand new!! You would think a place like this would be cheaper than mattress firm but it is not! Check mattress firm or other places FIRST! - 1.) I wouldn’t lie and say I visited your place for the fun of it. 2.) You showed me two mattresses, you did not have a variety. 3.) Thank you, I wish you had better options but 1000 was too pricey for me considering I told you under 250. Mattress firm did me good!
