This was one very enjoyable purchasing experience. Gavin was very informative and knowledgeable about all products. He took the time to answer all questions that I had and was not a pushy sales rep. He certainly knows his stuff and was soooooo friendly. I very much enjoyed the experience and would recommend this Mattress Firm AND Gavin to help!

Called in needed bedding for my 102 year old mother, within a few hours.Spoke with Gavin, he understood and made everything happen in the time frame needed. He even got it delivered in time. Gavin you are a credit to the company. Larry delivered, he too was great.....thank you both!!!!!!

I bought my bed from Mattress Firm Tallahassee North in June of 2022. Your sales person was so helpful. I ordered sheets at that time for the new bed with a cooling mattress. So was online today trying to order 2more sets of sheets but couldn’t get the online to work so I drove over to the store. Thankfully I did because the same sales man from last year was there. So he pulled up last year’s orders and the sheets I was trying to order were the wrong sheets for my bed!!! I was so Happy because the sheets I have for the cooling mattress is AWESOME!!! Cost a lot but worth the cost. So thank you!!!
