We bought a Bosch dishwasher 4 years ago and it was having a problem with the door closing without having to fiddle with the middle rack at the back. I stopped in and Mark found me another rack to try. Worked perfectly. Love the service from Mays- Munroe. They are the best in Tallahassee.
