Business was good, Customer Service was superior and everything was made to order: McGriddle, Hashbrown and French Vanilla Ice Coffee with extra French Vanilla and a Syrup. The Owner was present, training and rolled up His sleeves and hashed out the orders, exemplifying leadership and character, encouraging the Management and Crew Members of Sterling and Stellar Service. This was the North Monroe and Tharpe Street area store.

The local people are FEDTTTT up with this location. The employees and managers simply dont care about anything. You pay extra for add ons and you’ll never get your extras. Surely the job cannot be that hard?

Staff this am were either thieves or completely ignorant. Downloaded the app to find out I was ripped off. Never paying cash again.Update: Paid with a card. Cannot read the receipt. I was one of 7 cars "parked" at one time. I guess I should be happy they got my special order correct. Don't think I'll be returning to this location again.Update 2: One of 4 cars. All of us were parked immediately. Maintenance was pressure washing at the 2nd window during lunch. Sandwich was made very well. Fries were cold, salt free, and squished by the sandwich. Why don't I learn???

Went there after work today to get some food and while I was waiting on a refill another customer asked for a couple sauces for their food (there was 2 people in their party). And the nice young man working there went to go grab the sauces for them and the horrible manager starts raising her voice at him and berating him about getting 2 sauces. And she said word for word "The customer gets 1 free sauce and if I catch you giving them more than one free one I'll WRITE YOU UP FOR THEFT." She was extremely rude to him and doesn't deserve a position of authority if that's the way she treats teenage workers. She was acting like she has to pay for the sauces out of her own pocket. She had an extremely foul attitude. No wonder they always have a sign outside saying "Looking for managers". I hope that young man finds a job where he's respected.Not to mention they kept printing off the orders before even making them to make their time go down. I probably had to wait about 10 minutes for my food when it wasn't even that busy.

I've never experienced great customer service at any McDonald's in my life so I've learned to just accept thibgs for how they are unless I have a really bad experience. But today there was a manager named Daya at this location that showed integrity and made sure I was done right. I know he could've easily told me "sorry, we can't help you", but instead he did what he needed to help me. So I give a big thanks and shout out to Daya for being great!

As I was driving around the building, a young mother and daughter were crossing the drive to enter the building. To get out of my way, they crossed into the drive-thru and an employee had the audacity to yell at them for walking in the drive thru. You have to cross it to get in the building. Then I was told I'd get a receipt at the second window. This employee never gave me a receipt, didn't look at me, and handed me a vanilla shake when I had ordered a shamrock shake. This employee quickly walked away so I couldn't even say something. When I ate my meal, the burger had two crowns and no heel.It's sad to see other locations closed yet this one remains open.Kid-friendliness: It isn't. They'll yell at you and your child for walking to the building.

I was trying to use the app to give a code for a deal. The app decided to update itself and I lost my code. Went in to get another code and the app assumed I already used it. Wanted me to wait 15 mins before getting another. So frustrating! Staff working the register went ahead and gave me the deal I was trying to get.

No ketchup packets and .27¢ for honey mustard ? Since when? We waited for food for 10min while we watched the window girl and cook talk and flirt and finally got served our food and we’re told there’s no ketchup and HM is 27¢ I don’t care about paying it but we didn’t have change so we could t get it ??? Trash service and terrible attitude

I had a big Mac meal and my kids had Happy meals and we got so sick. We threw up for two days me and 3 kids. Smh I know we can't be the only ones. I don't know who I need to call but I'm done with McDonald's all of them. Never in my 33 years of life would I thought to say that. This wasn't the first time for my kids but definitely for me. McDonald’s has come a long way in their atmosphere. Place looks very hip and trendy. Bathroom was also clean and looks like they do their best to keep it sanitary.Unfortunately, rest of my experience didn’t measure up. The place is woefully understated and the staff who are here don’t have any time to take care of customer issues. I waited about 15 minutes for a Diet Coke and for the 30 seconds or so I actually saw someone manning the counter, no one asked what I needed. In the end, I just left. Had enough time to do the math and I was being paid minimum wage to sit around and wait, and I was being paid in Diet Coke that I bought. Enjoy the $3 on me.
