“I made an appointment so I did not have any wait time. The personnel were all professional and welcoming. My phlebotomist, Ruby, was outstanding. The blood draw was painless and I did not have any bruising. This was especially appreciated since my practitioner had ordered a large number of tests. The facility was clean and bright. Ten stars!”
“I saw poor reviews for wait times but they were not specific as to made an appointment or not. I did make an appointment for today February 25th for 9:15 as I had to come up from Crawfordville. I arrived around 8:30 and used my drivers license with the inside kiosk. The reception experience was great and after giving her my physician’s work order I was seen promptly. My phlebotomist was awesome. We had pleasant conversation with a fast, accurate, painless blood draw. I told her I would right a review today and this is as honest as it gets people. Make an appointment is my advice. I recommend this facility without any reservations one hundred percent ????.”

“Upon entering the establishment I found it to be crowded. However the staff was motivated and got everyone in as quick as they could. The reviews that I read was not the experience that I had whatsoever the staff very friendly from beginning to end of visit. You would think people would take into consideration the amount of care and professionalism this job entails.
Patience is everything I certainly wouldn't want my blood work getting confused with someone else's sometimes it's okay not to be in a hurry and judge people based on their performance when working in such a busy medical environment.”
