“My experience here was absolutely amazing. The staff is wonderful, Mrs. K super patient and friendly and accommodating. There was water. The facility was very clean and the processing was done quickly and easily. I came here for a screening, I've taken ALOT before, and this was definitely one of the better processes I've gone experienced. They also offer additional services as well. I highly recommend choosing this as your facility or making this your primary if you're an employer.”

“Although extremely busy the staff worked hard and treated everyone with respect. This location was available to me take me last minute for a gestational diabetes test. The lady who took my blood was able to fix the mix up with labcorp and treated my son and i was respect. I appreciate her! Her name is DAISY and she was very quick at taking blood! I didn’t feel a single thing when she pricked me. IF you are a walk in please be advised that they are busy and that they do prioritize scheduled appointments.”

“This Lab Corp location is highly efficient. I had an appointment for 9:15 and arrived at 8:30. Checked in via the kiosk, sat down, and was called back 5 minutes later. No issues here with the receptionist. She was welcoming and friendly.”

“Yes, you feel reduced to a number waiting for your appt when you don't see a check in person the whole time, but honestly if that means Quest was able to pay more to hire great people like Geneva, I don't mind the trade off. What matters most to me is when I am vulnerable and allowing a person to stick me with a needle, that the tech/nurse is kind and caring and an expert at what they do. Geneva was all that and more. I went in for prenatal blood work, so I was more fragile than I realized and I ended up getting very close to passing completely out once she finished taking my blood. Geneva literally held my head in her hand and fanned me for 10 minutes straight -- while the others quickly came to help and got me water and a damp cloth to cool me down. When I was finally feeling better I asked Geneva why she was being so beyond helpful and kind to me and she told me that she hoped if she was in that situation that people would treat her in the same manner (my paraphrasing). THAT is someone who gets it! Do to others as you would have them do to you. Best attitude I've experienced firsthand in the medical industry, in a long time.”

“Appointment was for blood work at 12:45. When I checked in at 12:00 in person, I was offered a 12:15 blood drawing. Accepted the offer, was called to see the phlebotomy tech right at 12:15. Easy blood draw and out the door in 7 minutes.All aspects of my Labcorp experience were fine. No complaints.”
