Needed a new sim card for my phone. I expected it to be a hassle and take forever. However, I was plesentenly surprised that I was in and out within 10 minutes. The young lady who helped was pleasant and helpful.

We just switched over from Boost n so far we love love love Metro. Had a great experience at the Apalachee Pkwy location. Staff was friendly n helpful n we got the best deal n service when we switched over.

We just left the store and are extremely happy with the service and information that my husband and I received. Angelo gave us the best deal possible and he was well informed on which phone to get. When there was an issue with the computer, Kendrick stepped in immediately and helped solve the problem. These guys are a great team and offer excellent service. My husband and I are very happy. Thanks guys for excellent customer service!
