Very disappointed š I went in to upgrade my phone because it was over due for an upgrade. I have a 5G phone & they said I couldn't. Only if if I canceled my current phone plan of 4 lines. So I refused to cancel & I had to go back to a 4G phone. On top of that, my phone plan went up an extra 6$. Soooo PISSED!!!

I called at 10:44 Tuesday 07/09/2024 JUST IN CASE SHE GAVE ME A FAKE NAME . Shonda or atleast thatās what she told me is RUDE ! I do not recommend CALLING and asking for pricing. I simply called and ask how much would it be for a iPhone 11 without insurance if the phone is free what would I be looking at out the door price. She responded and said $140 (the phone is free and I was switching) I asked why was it so high she said $30 taxes $70 plan and other stuff like activation. I told her I didnāt want the $70 and why do I have to get it if it says on the website I can do $55 or $60 plan she said āyou also can do $40ā so Iām like perfect so I said what will I be looking at then she said you can bring $140 and I can work with you if not I donāt know what else to tell you. I said how is is still $140 if the plan just went down $30. She got mad and said āI just donāt know what to tell you I really donāt suppose to give you pricing over the phone, I was doing YOU a favorā so at that point Iām like ummmm ? Iām thinking in my head, I havenāt even went to the store yet so how you doing be a favor ? Needless to say I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION AND I MIGHT AS WELL GO TO W TENNESSEE ST OR NORTH MONROE LOCATION TO DO BUSINESS. Better yet I can take that $30 that I would be saving on the plan and take it to boost and pay $30 for the iPhone 11 instead of getting it free with metro pcs. Thatās how bad I hate this location. Iāll pay where my services is appreciated. I use to work for metro pcs so I know they have voice audio on their store camera. This customer service issue need to be looked into

The store on the south side. Her name is Tiffany the store manager is very, very good at what she does. Also nice and patience. She went above to help me solve my problem. Not only me, I saw her in action with other people that came in the store.

Best experience ever!! I called before going in to make sure I wasn't wasting my time, and from the moment Oliver answered the phone I knew he knew what he was talking about... I went in expecting to pay an arm and a leg for internet service for my new place AND a new phone+service for myself and everything all together was HALF the price of any other place I've inquired about. I'm so glad I went to this location Oliver was so helpful and professional and knew exactly what he was doing, he set up my phone and home internet for me in a breeze. I'm happy to be a new MetroPCS member because of this experience. :)

I wanted come and leave a review for Noah. He has absolutely out done his job duties. Noah has not only daveme when I'm in dier straights but restored my faith back in metro. After visiting multiple metros and only receiving the worst experience from multiple angry and rude representatives it is refreshing to have someone who knows what they are doing and how to treat someone. I stand behind Noah and hope to be able to speak to his manager about m experience. 5 stars.

Horrible customer service and manager was not interested in helping fix an error her employee made from lack of training. Sheās more concerned with her client that she left at her salon. Metro has terrible customer service but this store lowers that bar even further.

They are horrible with customer service they never fix issues they never return anything they sell to you even if itās broken or malfunctioning. They are all about money theyāre managers and district managers never help they lie to get you banned from the store once they scam you out of your money . THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN
