Extremely and Highly dissatisfied. I went into this metro store to upgrade my phone. I was told they were having a couple of promotions and along with the upgrade I would receive a phone case, screen protector, a speaker and a pop socket phone grip: free of charge....
They also offered a leasing option. I could buy the phone through smart pay a leasing company. I found out they charged me for all the items. These are the prices for the additional items; $150 for a phone case, $150 for a screen protector, $40 for the popgrip and $120 for a bluetooth speaker.
Does this seem logical or reasonable? I've been on several phone calls and even went to a corperate location and noone can resolve this. Watch out for these associates and their managers who are willing to let something like this to continue .

I want to take a moment to recognize Paul, an outstanding employee at the Metro on Tennessee Street. Every time I walk into the store, Paul’s friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service stand out. Whether it’s a busy time of day or a slower moment, he always takes the time to greet customers with a smile and a genuine willingness to help.

Taylor provided five star service !!
While the Metro customer service was absurdly difficult and gave us the run around for two days, Taylor remained calm and very helpful !
I recommend Taylor be recognized for her professionalism and wonderful customer service!

Everyone in the store has been pretty decent except for the kid who lied to me pretty much about everything when I purchased the internet box so it's not so much the people but I cannot stand my service not the internet nor my phone. As soon as I save enough money, I will definitely be going eleswhere.

Enjoyed the Professionalusm and. Courtesy of shown to me on the telephone and In store service. The have always fixed problems. My cell phone button to turn on and off broke. Was helped with Insurance to get a new cellphone mailed to me.Thank you.

06/20/23There's a sign on the door that says be back in 5 minutes, that was at 12:15; it is now 12:44 30 minutes later and still no one is here. You Might as well close down if you not going to have someone here to operate the store during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. After wasting my time waiting for someone to never show up, I'll go to a different carrier since they actually have employees working right now.And I wasn't the only person waiting. 5 people were standing outside waiting. We all ended up leaving

They keep sending me offers in the mail and even text messages but their service isn't available in my area so I don't know why they keep pushing me to get their 5G internet service they know my address makes no sense except for their desperate for customers

Horrible experience at this location. Yesterday I was asked to come in and swap my phone. The representative said he'd put the sim card in the new phone. Said all other items would transfer from my Google acct. Well, he factory reset my old cell and NEVER offered or suggested to do the android smart switch option to backup data from my old phone to my new phone. I lost everything! Stopped by the store this morning and again this afternoon asking them to try and get my text messages and all the data I lost from the old phone. The staff is not interested in providing good customer service. The only response, "can't help you, we factory deleted the data and we no longer have your old phone." Recommend they get rid of staff that has no clue how to provide the service needed nor care about the customer base that comes to that store. Bring in knowledgeable staff please. He was very knowledgable today when he said, there's no information on your SIM card and no way to recoup your information. I'm furious. He probably laughed after he deleted all my information and I'm certain he knew he could easily have transfered my data to my new phone. I had to hear that from someone else.
