This was absolutely amazing. I stopped in to look around and was so glad I did. They had books, but other cool things too. The store had 2 floors (with books and such on both of them). There is some seating upstairs (along with an elevator for those who might need it) and the Piebrary which is a coffee shop that sells some pure to go along with it. The staff was super nice and I am planning on going back again.

Wonderful selection of books, staff is always kind and willing to help. The Piebrary is an amazing bonus upstairs: delicious pies and coffee.

The One Bookstore to rule all bookstores in Tallahassee! My favorite thing to do is grab a new book and go upstairs for a latte and a comfy sunlit chair to read. They hold book clubs on Sunday at 3 (there are four diff ones with four diff genres) and the pie is always delicious. I do wish they had more cushioned chairs though

Midtown Reader is an incredible treasure to have in Tallahassee. Sally Bradshaw works to bring top authors to Tallahassee as well as feature our many talented local authors. It is also the gest place to purchase Jeff VanderMeer books. He is so creative and thoughtful in inscribing them!

Amazing Book store with a great variety of books, on the second floor it has the best coffee/ pies / wine & Beer PIEbrary!! Highly highly recommend it!!

Cute shop! Loved the coffee bar. I wish the coffee were better. There are great local options in Tallahassee including Lucky Goat, Midtown Coffee Roasters, and Grassroots, all with much better coffees and you would be supporting local!
