Courtesy of a senior moment, I forgot to change my curbside pickup choice back to my usual Walmart and, after embarrassing myself at my usual Walmart, I wound up here to pick up my order. I like the curbside pickup parking spots being located on the west side of the building. A lot easier to get to without dealing with a lot of parking lot traffic or pedestrians. Service was prompt and friendly and I was away in minutes. At least 2 Tallahassee Walmarts have curbside pickup running smoothly. I will keep this Walmart in mind when my closest Walmart doesn't have something I really need.

Went to Walmart for flea and tick control drops. Everything seems to be locked up now. Unfortunately after waiting 25 minutes having 3 employees page someone no one showed up. Went to customer service for approximately 10 minutes while three employees complained about their manager as a fourth employee tried to check out to no avail. Six people in line I walked out bye-bye gone.

I lived East of the apalachee parkway Walmart from 1996 to 2014. 2014 I retired and moved to my hometown. My children still live in Tallahassee so I visit often. The Walmart on apalachee parkway has turned into an absolute s*** hole. It's nasty. The employees are rude and nasty. I don't know about Walmart as a whole. But this store on apalachee parkway in Tallahassee. Has totally gone to the pig pen. It's shameful. At one time it was a really nice store. You can't say that about that anymore without being a liar. Totally horrible experience.

I made a purchase at this Walmart online and very strangely a hold was put on my purchase for $18. I've shopped many times on this app and this never happened. I know some of you are saying I'm petty but when on a fixed income that $18 was for other food items. It took less than a minute for my card to be charged but now I'm told it'll be about 10 days to be returned to my card, and very conveniently the 3 times I called corporate there wasn't a supervisor available. I'll never shop at any Walmart again and I will tell everyone I know how unfair this is, I know Walmart executives will read this and laugh at my claim for my $18 because they and the Walton family wipe their butts with $18. If anyone in corporate reads this please reply with an answer for me please. Change my mind about not wanting to deal with your company any longer. I've been a loyal customer for 25 years.

Beware, Walmart. When I was little, Sears and Kmart were the unstoppable juggernauts. Where are they now?I read where Corporate has a goal to increase automation to 65% in the near future. That's fine on paper, but unworkable in real life. By the way, I am an Independent Contractor who works for 3rd party vendors. When you try to be cheap and under-staff your work force with unmotivated part-timers...you always end up hiring people like me.

Ordered items for delivery from this location using Walmart +. The order itself was correct. However, it was obvious that the frozen and refrigerated items had not remained temperature controlled. Ice cream was soft and milk was warm. While Walmart corporate issued a refund for the items, I'm sure the store will never hear anything about it. If Walmart wants to stay in this game, they need to step it up. They are very behind Instacart. I'm considering canceling the plus membership.

I just wonder why those people were hired at the first place and if they don't want to work that much why they work at all. Walked in before the store close and plenty of workers around and they all trying to hide and run away but when it's time to let us know they about to close they surly appear and they really close ! Even the self check machine they made sure it's turned off to get us out! If they still have hundreds of customers still trying to give them business why they never consider open to later time ? But why would they and since there's no manager that care exist their only concern will remain be how do we do less job with more money ! Sadly this is how Walmart turned to be !

This is the third time that a price is much higher at the cash register then marked on the shelf. The night managers excuse is that the products were moved by other customers. But I took a video of the selves and that's the only spot for that type of item. The bottom line Walmart is that you're placing wrong pricing on the shelves. It's either bait and switch or miss management. Shame on you Walmart!

Today was an eye opening experience. I have the the platinum membership at Sams and spend roughly $7,000 to $10,000.00 every year. There alone. I pay monthly for the grocery delivery service and every time I use it I tip $10.00. To say that I love Walmart is an understatement. Being that most the employees are there to just turn a paycheck I don't often take the disappointment of mismarked inventory to bat and the few issues I've had in the 7 years I've lived here have been easily resolved. However tonight was a completely different story. My child has been sick for three days. I needed some items Walmart can't deliver. So after both kids were in bed I left to grab them. I have a baby that is 4 months old and a two and a half year old toddler. I saw an opportunity to get a fabric that I have been looking for. I had just planned to use bathroom floor mats. Which I also purchased while there. So I was stoked. The young lady in fabrics said she couldn't cut them and I needed to find a manager. I said can you call someone she said no. But they should be upfront. I grabbed the whole thing of fabric, my last items and went upfront. As I headed to the door I asked the associate checking receipts for a manager. Phoenix was checking out personal items near the door and came to aid. Phoenix said the person who cuts it left for break and I'll have to come tomorrow. I responded it took a lot for me to come tonight. I was disappointed not angry. To which Phoenix replied "well that's what happens when you come here late." Okay that ticked me off. So I grabbed the cloth and put it in front of a check out register. As I was walking out Phoenix hovered by the exit and looked at me and said where is it. I said by the register. Phoenix said well okay you're rude. My response immediately was do you want me to put it back? Phoenix said no it's just rude to leave it. This infuriated me. The minute I went to defend myself Phoenix said leave just leave there is the Exit. See it E.X.I.T. I said how dare you call me rude and speak to me like that. A woman from a small family passing by yelled don't you talk to her like that. I said like what. I didnt call anyone rude I didn't make snarky remarks. I wasn't the one working in a store and unable to fulfill requests. Phoenix followed me to the door to taunt me as you can see on camera. Then made the comments mid way my exit to entice reaction. Which worked. Then Phoenix proceeded to say the woman passing by didn't have to go through the entrance cause I was holding up the exit. Walmart I am disgusted this is the person you promoted as a manager. A person who used their position to taunt a customer for requesting a service that doesn't have a cut off time. Then made it out like I should have known. If Walmart wished to employ a rude manager incapable of facilitating all facets of the store's departments then they should have times of operation posted for when fabric can be cut, or a time when common curtesy and customer service ends and to expect rude management. Even the lazy associate in the back showed more poise than Phoenix. As I walked out the person who told me not to talk to Phoenix like that said she needed to speak up as no one should raise their voice at a black trans woman. This shocked me further more. I am not strictly white. I am Native American,Ghanaian, and Nigerian. My voice should be equally heard but was hugely silenced. This was a pretty disgusting experience as it was blatantly obvious Phoenix used their position to humiliate a customer who just wanted to get home to their sick baby and grab the items that Walmarts PAID FOR SERVICE is unable to deliver. Shame on you Phoenix. I hope Walmart gives you more fitting position. Maybe you can take up the fabric department as it is lacking.

I find the employees are very rude and unfriendly attitude. The prices are good but sometimes, I don't care to pay a little extra just to be treated with courtesy.

none of your staff do their job. we asked someone for a fire pit, they said they were in the back but that's all they told us, then we asked another person to get it but they said they had none but online it said they had 20+ in stock. ridiculous. do your job.

The worst Supercenter ever. Pick-up waiting time are endless and items mixed up. When you think something is in-stock cause you checked, it actually is not. And this didn't just happen with one or two items. Cashiers are always closed. You are lucky to find two open on a Sunday.

The shelves are ALWAYS empty and the employees always have some sort of bad attitude or something to complain about. It's the worst Walmart in town. They need to close it down, Fire everyone, and redo it. Start from scratch. Pop up Halloween stores are more organized and their employees are nicer.
